You will see a four-story brick tower through the waterside pavilion. Although it is called a pavilion, Yilan Pavilion is more like a tower. 📍 Daxie. Xie means government office. There are couplets on both sides and a bronze statue of Du Fu. 📍 Shishi Hall. In the center of the hall is a statue of Du Fu by sculptor Liu Kaiqu. 📍 Gongbu Shrine. Du Fu served as a staff officer in Chengdu. He was also an assistant minister of the Ministry of Works, so later generations often referred to him as "Du Gongbu." 📍 Thatched Cottage Scenic Area. The restored former residence of Du Fu. Based on Du Fu's poems about the thatched cottage, the restored thatched cottage recreates Du Fu's life in Chengdu. 📍 Huajing. There was a path lined with flowers and trees in front of Du Fu's thatched cottage, which he called Huajing.
