Hideaway from the city of Milano

Surrounded by the mountains with a huge lake in the middle of the city, Como is in the middle of the Italy and Switzerland. Como is just like a hideaway from the city. It is just a hour train from the center of the Milano. The train runs every half an hour. The place is so quiet and so pretty, and so different from the metropolitans. You can either walk along the city, rent a bike to explore it or even take a boat via the water way of the lake. I guess the place is quite popular as I have seen so many tourists there, holding the luggage landing from the MXP airport lol.
