Upon entering, you’ll find only a cake sales area with no seating, but you can go to the adjacent restaurant to sit down and order some of their delicious cakes. Paulette focuses on premium, fresh flavors, and each cake beautifully showcases the taste of its fruits. I tried the pistachio cake, which had a strong lemon flavor on top, perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the pistachios.
