Lay back in the pastoral secret realm by the mountains and waters! Can't bear to leave!

This secluded resort in Ming Shi Countryside of Chongzuo, Guangxi, is nestled between mountains and rivers. We stayed here for two days, and what I mainly want to say is: 1 Check-in: A few local ladies in traditional attire will sing enthusiastic welcome songs at the entrance, present you with their prepared embroidered ball decorations, followed by homemade ice jelly; drinking a bowl of ice jelly in this hot and humid season is really refreshing! 2 Detian Waterfall Tea Room: Reservation is required, and I really like this! In addition to enjoying the best viewing spot of Detian Waterfall for an hour in the tea room, I find the tea snacks here are made with care and taste great, at least we both really liked them. It also includes all tickets to Detian Waterfall, as well as a dedicated guide to help with ticket purchases and accompany you throughout the tour, which is quite worth it! I want to say that the housekeeper sister in the tea room and the tour guide sister who took us around are both so gentle and patient, I really want to thank them for their meticulous help and smiles! 3 Bamboo Raft Afternoon Tea: Reservation is required, and you can enjoy afternoon tea on a bamboo raft exclusively rowed in the hotel's lake! In addition to the facilities that a resort should have, the hotel also has its own mountains, rice fields, sugarcane forests, banana trees, and phoenix trees, immersing guests in the karst landscape from the moment they open their eyes and step into the hotel every day! The rooms are very spacious, and many snacks, drinks, and tea are provided for free; what I like most here is that the pest control in the rooms is really up to par, not a single mosquito was found, which made us feel much more at ease than the homestay we stayed at the previous day! |Breakfast: Very rich, in addition to the regular buffet, there are also various rice noodles made on the spot, and more rice noodles and Western food that can be ordered for free according to your needs. Enjoying the beautiful scenery while tasting delicious food, you can really calm down here and enjoy this pastoral scenery! Additionally, regarding the price, we might be considered as big spenders, as someone didn't find a discounted price when booking and used the full price. It was only before the trip that I found out that because BMW was holding an event here, using many of the hotel's popular spots, there were supposed to be discounts, but unfortunately, someone was too honest, and when the hotel said no discount, then no discount it was!
