#thingstodo A hotel that has so much potential - great staff, facilities, free snack food, and the onsen’s are amazing. But you have to book to get into one of the two restaurants, limited spaces, many guests ordering food from the outside (takeaways). Expensive restaurants when you get in, not the best value. No bar but vending machines. No room service. The location turns into a bit of an effort to get to the slopes, buses get full, and you may miss a ride. Hotel only takes you to the central rail and bus station. So location can be challenging.
