During my trip to Japan, I had the fortunate opportunity to participate in the Hida Takayama Festival, a grand event filled with traditional culture and lively atmosphere. Hida Takayama is renowned for its beautiful natural scenery and rich historical culture, and this festival attracts countless tourists to witness its splendor. On the day of the festival, many tourists and local residents had already gathered around. The streets were colorfully decorated, with traditional mikoshi (portable shrines) and gorgeous floats on display, making me feel as if I had traveled back in time. Participants in the festival wore traditional kimonos, and the melodious music and drumbeats intertwined, immersing me in the festive atmosphere. The local dance performances were also mesmerizing. The dancers gracefully moved under the sunlight, showcasing the charm of traditional arts. This experience deeply impressed me with the allure of Japanese traditional culture and the enthusiasm of its people.
