Hikonyan ~

#2023travelwish This is the Hikone castle situated in Hikone, Shiga Prefecture. It takes approximately an hour train ride from Kyoto station. Hikone is a small and quiet town, an off-beaten path. The castle can be reached within 15 minutes in foot. I really love the castle as the mascot is so cute and it does small performances too! The castle is three-storey tall and there is also a garden to explore~ There is also a mountain view to enjoy. I love it so much that I’ve visited twice! 😂 I wish that I can visit more castles in the future ~
