Happy Tummy at Venedia Grancaffe HongKong

Pasta cravings... fixed Love the red prawn pasta so much! Al dente linguine coated in a concentrated sauce of all the goodness from the red carabinero prawns the ragout fettuccine was delicious too, the slow cooking process really brought the flavours of the meats together and the ragout was nicely seasoned (pasta was less al dente but still very nice) Got two classic Italian appetisers and they did not disappoint... I mean it's quite hard to go wrong with beef carpaccio and burrata right I would say the mains did not stand out as much as the pasta, but I'd say the calf's liver with caramelised white onions was quite interesting. Would recommend ordering more pasta and get maybe 1-2 main dishes to share Service was good, still need some fine tuning tho.
