Enjoy the stunning views of Victoria Harbour at this Fine Dining restaurant.

4 courses lunch menu $468 Lobster Bisque +$58 Taste Rating: 😋😋😋😋😋 Value for Money: 💲💲💲💲 Comfort: 😌😌😌😌😌 Cleanliness: 🧹🧹🧹🧹🧹 Service Quality: 💁🏼♀️ 💁🏼♀️ 💁🏼♀️ 💁🏼♀️💁🏼♀️ With Christmas approaching, I decided to have a nice lunch with colleagues. We dined at this Western restaurant in World Trade Centre, Causeway Bay. The restaurant environment is very comfortable and spacious, with ample distance between tables. The restaurant overlooks Victoria Harbour, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful view while dining. The decor has a vintage European style, with rows of books as decorations, giving it the feel of a high-end library 📚. The lunch menu offers Executive Lunch Menu options with 3 courses, 4 courses, or 5 courses. We chose the 4 courses. First, they served bread 🥖. The bread crust was very crispy, and it could be paired with balsamic olive oil, basil butter, or sea salt 🧂 butter. I particularly liked the sea salt butter. For the appetizer, I chose Japanese Sea Urchin Tofu with Crab 🦀 Meat. The presentation was exquisite. The Oyster Cream was very flavorful. The gelatin made with squid ink and kelp had a delicate and bouncy texture. Each of the three pieces of gelatin was topped with non-fishy sea urchin, salmon roe, and crab meat. The puff pastry of the Lobster Bisque was very flaky and not too greasy. The lobster 🦞 soup was very flavorful, with crunchy lobster meat inside. The addition of cream made the texture even smoother. The handmade pasta of the Crab Meat Spaghetti was very al dente, with each strand coated in sauce. The sauce had a hint of egg yolk and the slightly salty flavor of Parma ham. The Canadian snow crab meat was delicate, with a strong crab flavor and a fresh, sweet taste. For dessert, I had the Strawberry Mousse Cake. It was beautifully presented, like a wreath. The mousse cake had a light strawberry 🍓 flavor, not too sweet, and a smooth texture. The restaurant service was excellent. Each time a dish was served, the waiter would introduce the food. Between each course, the waiter would tidy up the table, allowing diners to enjoy their meal more comfortably. —— Bochord 📬 Shop 1101, 11/F, World Trade Centre, 280 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay
