Yuen Long｜Big Bowl Rice Noodles. Yun's Small Pot Rice Noodles.

Went to a rice noodle shop for lunch. A colleague mentioned that this place offers good value, with big bowls that are very filling. I was surprised to find that the bowls were indeed very large. I ordered a small pot rice noodle with three toppings: fish meat spring roll, beef brisket, and squid head, without the spicy option. The broth was still very flavorful. The rice noodles were quite chewy, and there were additional toppings like bean sprouts and chives, making the bowl look even bigger. Among the three toppings, the squid head was the best, very bouncy! Each topping was in generous portions, no wonder my colleague said it was worth it! The other bowl had two toppings: pork belly and pig intestines, with medium spicy and sour flavor. The menu showed that the pork belly was as big as a thumb! The pork belly pieces were large and quite good, and the pig intestines were cut into strips, very flavorful. We also ordered two snacks, fried spring rolls and spicy beef tripe. The spring rolls were netted and quite tasty, $25 for five pieces was quite reasonable.
