Hitchhiking in the Indian Himalayas!

I love adventure, so I took off for a hitchhiking trip through the Indian Himalayas in the North Indian state of Ladakh. This turned out to be an experience like no other, something I will always remember! I mainly hitchhiked with trucks, the typical Indian style collosal trucks (see photos). They're very colourful. Drivers hardly speak English, but are very helpful in general. I ate locally, which means Indian style rice with kidney bone curry (rajma chawal). Delicious!! I truly recommend a hitchhiking trip like this amazing trip to all adventurers out there! #100waysoftravel
