| The Clermont London, Charing Cross. I recently had the chance to go on vacation to London, and I booked The Clermont London, Charing Cross. I was super satisfied with my experience! The hotel is located on Strand Charing Cross, in a prime location in the city center. It's very close to Trafalgar Square, the River Thames, and many famous landmarks. The transportation is also very convenient, whether by subway, bus, or walking. As soon as I entered the hotel, the reception experience was great. The staff were very warm and friendly, making me feel very welcome. The overall decor of the hotel is luxurious and tasteful, and the lobby design gives a warm feeling. The room is a bit small, but it's well-decorated, compact, and well laid out, with all the facilities you need. The bed is super comfortable, and I slept well every day. The free Nespresso machine and minibar are very thoughtful, and you can enjoy some free snacks and drinks, which is very nice. I booked an executive club room, which was spacious and bright, especially the bathroom, which was large and comfortable. The executive club also has extra benefits, such as access to the executive lounge for breakfast and snacks, which is perfect for a break before and after a busy day. When I entered the room, the hotel thoughtfully sent a bottle of red wine and a warm letter, which was a very touching detail. The breakfast is varied and delicious, and I especially liked the croissants and waffles. The restaurant staff were also very friendly, making me feel at home. There are many nice restaurants and bars around the hotel, such as Devine Restaurant Coffee Bar and The Palm Court, which are worth a try. However, the hotel restaurant is not very large, and sometimes you have to wait a bit for a seat at breakfast. If you go during peak dining hours, I recommend going down early to get a seat. Otherwise, there may be some small problems. Overall, my experience at The Clermont London, Charing Cross was very good. From the location to the service to the room facilities, I was very satisfied with all aspects. Next time I come to London, I will definitely choose this place again!
