Cafe Ray

In my neighborhood, there is the hippest cafe! I’ve just been in Aus for three weeks ago. I’ve been in Brunswick for two weeks now. And I’ve been never seen a cafe more hip and vintage than Cafe Ray! In Aus. A variety of Painted art, Calligraphy and Stickers are all over Cafe Ray. Maybe over time, this place will become even more vintage and have a rougher vibe I love it. Kind of surprised by how good this place is. The chocolate croissant was pretty amazing and the coffee was strong and good too. Second floor was pleasant and air conditioned. My favorite cafe in the neighborhood. When I visited Cafe Ray, I usually order a Black coffee like espresso, longblack. I think they prefer the Italian coffee style. I don’t know I haven’t been to Italy but It looked like an Italian style to me🙂 Someone says that Italian coffee is so bitter and doesn’t have a positive flavor. But I like the strong flavor and their professional, quick service. I want to learn about Italian coffee culture anytime.
