Ayutthaya period royal elephant with mural paintings

The big elephant, which is outside the island of Ayutthaya. This temple was originally used for raising elephants, so it was called Wat Chang Yai. The outside is still beautiful, but it has faded away. Only a little remains in front of the chapel. Inside is the principal Buddha image or Luang Por Pak Daeng, a very beautiful Buddha image.
