■ Visit - Shaoguan "71" "Guanyin Hall" ■ Guanyin Hall, also known as Guanyin Temple, is located in Guanyin Mountain Park in the county seat of Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County, Shaoguan City. ■ From the stele on the square in front of "Guanyin Hall", you can learn that "Guanyin Hall" (Guanyin Hall) was originally named Jinfeng Temple, built in the 11th year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1583), and was renovated during the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, it was rebuilt in 1985 and a park was opened here, named "Guanyin Mountain Park". A pavilion named "Siyuan Pavilion" was built in front of Guanyin Hall. ■ At first, I didn't come for "Guanyin Hall". I rarely come to Ruyuan. I'm not interested in anything else. I just want to walk around the county and see what historical sites there are. When I see a park, I come in. The greening of the park is first-class. Even if you walk in the park's greenway under the scorching sun, you can feel the coolness. No wonder the ancients said that the predecessors planted trees and the descendants took the shade. It's not wrong. The park is not big. Walking up the stone steps, you will soon reach a small square. Before you see the square, you will hear the music of the guzheng from the top. It turns out that several retired elderly people are playing Tai Chi rhythmically with the music. They don't care about me, this "unexpected guest". They are concentrating on moving their limbs. Standing on the square, the first thing that attracts the eye is a towering ancient tree. I have seen such a big tree for the first time. There is a camera set up in front of the ancient tree. You can know how "important" this tree is. Standing under the tree and looking at the top of the tree, the branches extending from the trunk to all sides are so many that they are frightening. If you look at it at night, won't the atmosphere of a "ghost movie" come? To be honest, it's shocking. No wonder you need to set up a camera for it. ■ Next to the ancient tree is today's protagonist "Guanyin Hall". The temple is very small. At first, I thought I needed a ticket, but I didn't see any place to sell tickets around, so I boldly stepped into the gate. The first thing I smelled was the "fragrance", the fragrance of incense, not strong, very refreshing, followed by the music of "Great Compassion Mantra" in my ears. The whole environment is very suitable for Zen meditation. There is already a believer in it who is devoutly offering incense. The layout of a general temple is all condensed in this palm-sized place. It's really not easy. A monk is busy in a corner, and a dog is dozing next to him. Because the place is not big and even a little cramped, you will soon come out from inside. Just as I was visiting around the temple, the believer just came out, and the monk closed the door. It seems that it's time to "close the door". I'm a little lucky, because if it's a little later, I can only visit outside... ...
