You can also light incense and put it in the incense burner after worshipping. The three wooden Buddha statues in the main hall are Sakyamuni, Bhaisajyaguru and Amitabha. They have wide and flat faces, small and stable upper bodies. The verification method is the same as that of the Buddha statues in the 1650s. What is special here is that after entering the hall, believers take cushions to worship the Buddha, then sit quietly, and then leave quietly. Bongeunsa Temple also has a very popular two-day and one-night boarding experience, and many people come here to pursue tranquility. Finally, let’s talk about bracelets. The bracelets at Bongeunsa Temple have different purposes, some for praying for safety, some for wealth, and some for love. At first, fans bought the same bracelets to show off their idol, and later it became an urban legend that was passed down by word of mouth and was super effective, which also kept the sales office in the temple crowded with people. In addition, volunteers in the rest area made handmade chrysanthemum breads, selling three for only 1,000 won, and the proceeds were used for charity.
