Metropol Parasol de la Encarnación - Seville

It is considered one of the most original attractions in Seville. The giant structure was built in 2011 according to the design of the German architect Jurgen Mayer. Its dimensions are impressive: the width and length are 150 by 70 meters, and the height reaches 26 meters. Due to its unusual appearance, the Metropol Parasol is also called the Seville Mushrooms. They house a traditional market, restaurants with local cuisine, performance halls and an archaeological museum.
