The 2025 Shanghai Yu Garden Lantern Festival has begun!

🏮 The Yu Garden Lantern Festival is the best place to visit in Shanghai during the Spring Festival. This year's theme continues the story of the Classic of Mountains and Seas. Enter through Gate 2, "The Secret Realm of Mangfu, the Gate of Life," and walk to the Golden Square. In the center of the square, a tree of life grows. 💝 🏮 Ninghui Road is still one of the most popular spots at the Yu Garden Lantern Festival this year. Dense vines surround the area, and countless butterflies gather from the valley to the sky, dancing and forming a colorful sea of butterflies. 💝 🏮 The central square presents a lively jungle scene of "Harmony Between Heaven, Earth, and People, and the Golden Snake Bringing Good Fortune." A golden snake coils around the mushroom jungle, looking adorably ugly. 💝 The jungle paradise of the Nine-Bend Bridge shows the magical scene of a jungle full of life. Every living being in the world has its own value and meaning. On regular days, tickets are required after 16:00. On peak days, tickets are required after 14:00. The lights will not be turned on on January 28 (New Year's Eve).
