The restaurant's signboard at the entrance labels it as a Hakka Style Noodle Restaurant and mentions that it has been operating in Gankeng Ancient Town for 12 years. I ordered their signature dish, marinated noodles. The noodles are paired with a unique sauce, and every bite is rich in flavor. However, the marinated noodles are quite simple and not particularly special. As for their soup, it is refreshing and not greasy, quite good! Besides marinated noodles, their recommended tofu is worth a try. As for other dishes like steamed dumplings and fish, the taste is average.
