Chijmes, the Crazy Rich Asian filming venue

Chijmes is a national monument and made even more famous when CRAZY RICH ASIAN was filmed in the wedding hall. And yes, while anyone can actually hold your wedding here. You do need to be crazy rich to hold your wedding here 😂. Chijmes names derived from Convent of the Holy Infant Jesus Middle Education School. As it used to be a Catholic Covent for a girl school and orphanage. In modern days, the venue is not open for wedding rentals and home to many restaurants and pubs. They even have lawns for visitors to laze on. Even if you are not crazy rich, as there are no admission fees, one can just roam about the place and get transported back.
