Lovely Stay in Grand Premier Room 2701

This awesome stay started from check in. A tea master served us oolong tea and tau sar piah while the clan keeper, Sam, prepared the check in. After checking us in, Sam escorted us to our room and introduced the room to us in detail. He prepared a corner room for us and we were glad to see two stunning windows with 2 different views for us to look at. In the room, more goodies were awaiting us. Our pre selected mini bar items were placed on the table. Can selected with a list that includes specialty brewed beer, imported juices, chocolates, chips and biscuits. Besides that, the hotel complemented us with a box containing the same tea we had during check in and Kaya toast cookies. Not just that, a bar of hand-made soap was for us to bring home too. The room itself was nice. The bed comfortable, pillows firm, tv had chrome cast, and insulation was great. Loved the toilet as well. The Toto washlet was fantastic with seat warmer. the rain shower was the best we have experienced so far.. with good pressure. the bathtub was great as well, bath salt and bubble bath were provided to enhance the experience. The clan keeper could even prepare the bath for us if we wanted. This room also came with a complimentary tour of the neighbourhood. The tour started at 4. The clan keeper brought us round the neighbourhood, starting from Amoy Hotel , which was a preserved shophouse, to Amoy Street, Chinatown, URA building, and stopping over for sugarcane juice at Maxwell Market. The whole tour took about 1.5 hours. After the tour, we spent some time at the pool. The sunset by the infinity pool was the highlight for me. This alone was worth all the money spent on this room. There was also a heated jacuzzi too. Turndown service was provided too and more freebies awaited. Essential oil and non caffeinated tea were given to help us to sleep. That was a nice touch. Lastly, breakfast at Qin Restaurant. Could select one main. We had the continental breakfast and porridge. Free flow sides (kaya toast, fruits, drinks). very filling, as much as our hearts felt very filling during our stay at The Clan Hotel. #infinitypool #staycation
