Huanglong National Park

Huanglong National Park, also known as Yellow Dragon Valley, is a UNESCO World Heritage site located in the northwest of Sichuan Province, China. Huanglong Park, or Yellow Dragon Valley, is not far from Jiuzhaigou National Park and is situated over 3,000 meters above sea level. It was registered as a World Heritage site in 1992. This park features calcium carbonate formations that cascade down in layers, resembling a golden dragon from a distance. Before ascending, it is recommended to purchase oxygenated water and/or canned oxygen to enhance your travel experience. Taking medication can also help; otherwise, you might feel dizzy and drowsy due to the high altitude, low atmospheric pressure, and reduced oxygen levels. Walk slowly and take breaks whenever you feel tired.
