Before going up the mountain, you can buy some lightweight food, such as Snickers, sausages, small bread, etc., as the prices are higher halfway up the mountain; one or two bottles of water are enough, travel light. For night climbers, it is recommended to buy a flashlight at the foot of the mountain, costing around 5-10 yuan, as some mountain roads are steep and crowded with poor visibility. It's best to bring a lightweight down jacket or wear a windbreaker, as the temperature difference between the top and bottom of the mountain is significant, and the wind is strong at night, making it easy to catch a cold. Zhongtianmen is very suitable for taking photos to commemorate that you have walked half the journey! There are many places selling water on the mountain, and even Mixue Bingcheng, which is not expensive and cheaper than water.
