I've been to Taoyuan Shrine hundreds of times, and each visit has a different theme. I think it's great that they update frequently 👍🏻. You can visit Taoyuan Shrine on weekends to stroll around and feel the warmth and beauty of the kites. There is also a lively market on holidays ❤️🔥. Common folks would make kites in their own image, called 'servant kites,' which, when flown high in the sky, seemed to mockingly say, 'We lowly people are now looking down on you rich folks.' Even today, these kites appear in some traditional festivals or celebrations and are a beloved traditional entertainment on windy days. Additionally, Japanese people believe that if a kite string breaks, illnesses will fly away with the kite. The higher and farther the kite flies, the more it symbolizes rising to new heights in life.
