Don’t miss it!

Truly truly awful. I would not even give it 1 star if I could it would be minus. It would be easier to say what was right with this evening than what was wrong. It is a total rip off and just about their making money. Where do I start? The pluses: The venue is really lovely especially on the inside The horses are well trained and the riders can ride. The dressage was lovely to watch but only brief as most people would have no idea what it was anyway. Thats it. Sadly. Now to the why to avoid this like the plague list. 1. If you don't want a photo of yourself taken with the "king and queen" you cant take one at all. They charge I believe 10 Euros for this scandal and I refuse to buy into such BS. 2. You are herded down into a dark arena surrounded on both sides by a long row of seats. Dinner is served. For me that was 4 baby carrots. I had advised the excursion rep I am coeliac (coaeliaco and they understand that too) but noone had bothered to advise the caterers - apparently. I don't eat meat either and that too had been relayed so I had been expecting a plate of vegetatables. As I said I was served 4 baby carrots!. He then wanted to pour gravy served to everyone else over mine. When I protested and said coeliaco he went down the row and served everyone else and then came back to me with the same product obviously hoping I would not realise. Dinner I might add was chips and chicken with carrots and gravy and icecream for desert. The meals were measley in portion size even those who ate what was provided. No options or choices were available as I said and anyway wow do I class that cuisine as medieval banqueting. (NOT) 3. The wine that is served is one bottle of red one of white plonk and just dumped on the long trestle seating with a bottle of fizzy orange and a bottle of TAP water. There is no proper sharing and the greedy couple next to me had the whole bottle of white.
