There is tiny eat in space if you take few stairs down next to the casher. Two narrow counter for 11 person. Coffee served here is from “Sarutahiko coffee”. Definitely the best place to visit in Tokyo Station if you need to buy local snacks before going home. They have traditional and modern snacks from many parts of Japan. Be sure to get the kitkats, there are many flavors that are only available in Japan, and they tastes great too! Not too expensive compared to stores outside train station, cheaper than shopping at the airport.
