Torres del Paine National Park.

Great experience! We booked an amazing trek with a local guide, and so we learned everything about the place, and knew where to stop for the best views! The park is full of lakes, rivers, waterfalls, snow-capped mountains, and a variety of animals and birds! Beautiful scenery: exposed mountain tops, glaciers, glacial lakes. Excellent hiking. Busy at the southern end with the W-Trek. The north is much more remote. We entered through the Laguna Amarga entrance and the tour bus took us to Hotel Las Torres Patagonia. It was the trek we decided to do and we didn't know how long it would take to reach Refugio Chileno and Mirador Base La Torre. We decided to go north. From Chile's Puerto Natales, two buses leave daily for all park entrances. One at the start, one at the end of the day. The ticket is valid for a round trip and always serves the same company. Buses run only during the peak season. I confess that the trek was, in some ways, 'introverted,' and the stunning scenery and climbing made my legs 'tremble.' Thankful for the photos and reflections of the place. We will return.
