The food was also a pleasant surprise. The kaiseki dinner was a work of art, with each dish carefully crafted. The presentation was exquisite, the ingredients were fresh, the sashimi was sliced to perfection, and the wagyu beef was tender and juicy, with a rich flavor that was intoxicating. The Japanese breakfast set was equally rich, with fragrant miso soup, soft rice, and refreshing side dishes, starting the day with energy. The service at the hotel was impeccable. The staff was warm and attentive, from the patient explanation during check-in to the thoughtful care during the stay, every detail was done perfectly. Whether it was helping to book nearby attractions or recommending local food, they responded quickly and provided professional and practical advice. My stay at Nishimuraya Honkan in Kinosaki Onsen made me fall in love with this place. It perfectly combines traditional Japanese style with modern comfort, and excels in hot springs, food, and service.
