After traveling around the world, I stepped into the exquisite small town of Wuyi Mountain and began my journey of residence.||| During those years of traveling abroad, I often missed the days of traveling around China in the second half of 2020. Sometimes, I am enamored with the tranquility of a secluded corner; sometimes, I am intoxicated by the ancient charm of small bridges and flowing water; sometimes, I am obsessed with the graceful landscapes; sometimes, I am fond of the majestic and beautiful snow-capped mountains. Over the years, I have always been on the road of travel, constantly exploring the lifestyle I love. I am passionate about experiencing the colorful world and willing to feel the complexities of human life. Therefore, for my first trip after returning to China, I kept thinking and finally chose Wuyi Mountain as the first stop after my global journey. Firstly, there are places among China's 57 world heritage sites that I have not yet visited; secondly, I still vividly remember the wonderful experience of watching the Tulou in Nanjing in the spring of 2021. For me, Wuyi Mountain is a pleasant surprise in domestic travel. This city is small and exquisite, possessing the elegance of Hui-style architecture and the unique charm of northern Fujian. The oxygen concentration in Wuyi Mountain is so high that it can cause oxygen intoxication. Sometimes, even after a long sleep the previous night, I still feel extremely drowsy during the day. During my days of residence in Wuyi Mountain, I explored numerous mountains, played in countless streams, tasted a lot of tea, and enjoyed many northern Fujian delicacies that I had never tried before. This is a delicate small town, suitable for gathering with a few friends or family on weekends. It can dispel our fatigue after busy days, like a clear stream in this noisy and impetuous world. ✅ Wuyi Mountain 5 Days 4 Nights Itinerary Guide Day 1️⃣ Arrive at Wuyi Mountain from various places, head to the hotel to drop off luggage. Experience the bamboo raft on Jiuqu Stream, the essence of Wuyi Mountain tourism. The whole journey takes 1 hour. After the Jiuqu Stream rafting, find a tea house to taste tea. Day 2️⃣ ✴️ Take a bus from Wuyi Mountain to Hongxing Village Visitor Center (transfer to the scenic area eco-friendly car), head to Moon Bay, Longchuan Canyon Rafting, Qinglong Waterfall, Wild Monkey Valley, Xianfeng Ridge, and finally return to Wuyi Mountain. Today's highlight is the Longchuan Canyon Rafting, which is also my favorite place. Day 3️⃣ Take a bus from Wuyi Mountain to Wufu Town, visit Wufu Ten Thousand Mu Lotus Pond, Xingxian Ancient Street, Zhu Xi's Hometown, Ziyang Tower. ✴️ Wufu Town is an ancient town from the Song Dynasty, one of the few ancient towns with almost no commercial atmosphere, suitable for leisurely strolls. Day 4️⃣ Visit Dahongpao Scenic Area, Rock Bone Flower Fragrance Trail, Mother Tree Dahongpao, Jiulongke Canyon, Feilai Peak, Eagle Beak Rock, Huiyuan Zen Temple, Water Curtain Cave, Wuyi Palace, Song Street, Jade Maiden Peak, Tianyou Peak. ✳️ My favorite attractions are the landmarks of Wuyi Mountain, Jade Maiden Peak and Tianyou Peak. Day 5️⃣ Visit Yixiantian, Tiancheng Zen Temple, Hero Slope, Tiger Roaring Rock, Baiyun Zen Temple (internet-famous check-in point). ✅ If you don't have enough time, you can check the 3 Days 2 Nights itinerary on the homepage!
