A famous danzai noodle shop in Xianyou, Putian

When I came to Xianyou for work, a local friend told me I had to try the signature danzai noodles and qiang meat at this shop, and the wheat pancakes are also a must-try... The wheat pancakes have a milky flavor, are slightly oily and sweet, and are soft and glutinous. The danzai noodles have a delicious broth and chewy noodles, and the Xianyou version has meat, shrimp, and chicken drumsticks, all in a big bowl. Qiang meat is a Putian specialty, and this shop doesn't use bean sprouts or chives, but instead uses cabbage, celery, and tender meat slices and tofu balls, which are really delicious.
