Summarizing a few frequently asked questions: . 1️⃣ Is it enough to just have legs? The overall difficulty is not high, mainly boardwalks, about 12km per day in Changping Valley, with little elevation gain. But after all, it is a plateau trek, so you should exercise regularly, and if possible, stay one night at Four Sisters Mountain to acclimate to the altitude 😜; . 2️⃣ Will there be altitude sickness? Altitude sickness depends on individual physique. Based on our previous experience, some friends may experience headaches and dizziness when they first arrive at high altitudes, but it usually gets better after a night's rest. The vegetation coverage in western Sichuan is high, and the trekking is arranged gradually to adapt to the plateau 😃 ✨Tip: Eating sweets or drinking cola can effectively relieve it, haha~ 😜 . 3️⃣ I've heard that continuous rain in western Sichuan has caused landslides, can we still go? Western Sichuan is very large, and different areas in the mountains may experience landslides of varying degrees during continuous heavy rain. Currently, the traffic from Danba to Daofu Bamei Town is interrupted, but it does not affect this area 😎 . 4️⃣ Do we need to carry heavy loads? No, just carry a small backpack with the essentials for the trek, and we will arrange for the horse team to carry the other luggage 😃. . 5️⃣ Equipment suggestions?
