Valley Choices: - Changping Valley: Suitable for those with good physical strength, photography enthusiasts, and hikers. It takes 4-7 hours to complete the hike. - Shuangqiao Valley: You can take a sightseeing bus to the Red Forest and then explore slowly. There are many stops to get on and off, well-developed, with diverse scenery, you can see snow-capped mountains, and you can hike or get on the bus at any time. - Haizi Valley: The valley is long, with some sections at high altitudes and difficult to reach, suitable for those with high-altitude climbing experience and outdoor adventure enthusiasts. - Tips: The in Shuangqiao Valley is recommended, 90 RMB is worth it. 7. Precautions: - The valley's climate is changeable, bring sun protection clothing and rain gear. - Different weather has different beauty, rainy and foggy weather may be more atmospheric. - The ultraviolet rays on the plateau are strong, apply sunscreen well. - Prepare windproof, warm, and lightweight jackets to keep warm in the morning and evening. The scenic area has small shops selling grilled sausages and drinks, but no meals, so bring your own dry food. - The altitude sickness medicine and oxygen bottles sold at the entrance (depending on personal needs), it is best to buy them online or in the county in advance. - Drink more water, prepare dry food, sunglasses, hats, scarves, keep warm, the wind is strong on the plateau. - In Shuangqiao Valley, you can only take the sightseeing bus at the entrance. If you like hiking, you can choose the other two valleys. - There is a free viewing platform near Siguniang Town called Maobiliang, where you can watch the sunset. - Haizi Valley is the best-preserved primitive ecological valley, with the entire hike at high altitude and long distance. If you have enough time, you can camp inside. - Take the sightseeing bus to Laba Temple Station at the entrance, then hike to Dead Tree Beach and other attractions.
