A Stroll in Yibin's Lively Daguanlou Commercial District

Today, I visited one of the busier areas in Yibin, the Daguanlou commercial district. After getting off the bus, I saw an old building standing in the middle of the road, named Daguanlou. According to my research, it dates back to the Qing Dynasty. However, it looks a bit out of place surrounded by tall buildings. This area is quite lively and is considered a commercial district. In the evening, the streets are closed off for a night market, giving it a vibrant atmosphere. I chose a skewer shop to try some grilled skewers, and they tasted pretty good. I noticed that people here seem to love drinking Zhenjingguo. The owner recommended it to us, so we gave it a try. It was quite good, with a slightly sweet taste. After eating and drinking our fill, we couldn't resist having some liangfen and lianggao to end the day on a perfect note, especially since we are in Sichuan!
