Literally after being turned away by another hotel thinking they don’t have to follow federal law this was a last minute book and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice. Deff coming back to this location

This was a cute, clean remodeled motel room. We were passing through and made reservations off previous reviews. They provide great smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Beds were comfortable and the in room fridge was bigger than expected and worked great. I’d stay here again. Check in staff was friendly.

Hôtel situé dans la zone sud de l’aéroport à 5 minutes des loueurs de voiture. Accueil fermé à 20h mais présence d’un agent de sécurité de nuit qui donne les clefs pour les arrivées tardives. Grand parking gratuit autour de l’hôtel. Zone commerçante tout autour pour faire des courses, restaurant où prendre du carburant Toutefois zone bruyante bcp de voitures et passage des avions. Accueil sympathique et efficace. Chambre … moyen. Vieillotte et propreté relative. Qualité des literies bof (nous y avons fait deux nuits pour arriver et prendre nos vols). Isolation phonique nulle. Cuisine pas très bien équipée et une seule Chaise pour une chambre de 4 personnes … Points positifs : taille de la Chambre grande, eau chaude et serviettes de bain propre et en grand nombre, parking gratuit de bcp de places, prix pas cher. Vous en avez pour votre argent et pas plus. Je ne recommande pas, si c’était à refaire je préfère mettre 50€ de plus et être mieux logée .

This was a good location and a small little town halfway between California and Utah, so you do not get fatigued. Great showers and friendly service. It's in a mining town with some cool bars and shops.

The two stars are for the staff… Both the people we encountered at the front desk as well as housekeeping were professional and friendly. Unfortunately they work for an owner and an organization that does not give them the tools they need for their job. The room was not clean… And I don’t mean the sheets, countertops or the basics that a housekeeper can do…but marred walls, dirty carpet, draperies broken and falling off the rack, scuffed paint, moldy showerhead clogged with minerals and a tub mat that desperately needs to be replaced. The sheets and towels were clean although there were only two towels in the room for a two guest, two night stay and they are extremely thin and old. To give you an idea of how much management cares for their facility, the signage throughout was broken, the landscaping rocks were extending onto the street sidewalks were not maintained making it dangerous to walk around the property, their breakfast area is being used for storage, and doorways, walls, and general areas were filthy. We had specifically asked about outdoor pool availability and I’m sure through no fault of staff, there was a problem with the pool. During check-in we were told that it would be open the following day… this we made the decision to stay. It was repaired and filled however in spite of assurances it would be available the day after check-in, staff would not allow us in the pool area and I was told that management would not allow me to even take a plastic chaise lounge and put it on the patio adjacent to the pool area outside the fence to enjoy the sun. This was not a theft risk or general liability issue…. it was simply doing as little as possible to accommodate a guest. This facility is still serving paper bag breakfasts and we were told that they would no longer be serving their hot breakfast as they are hoping to open the restaurant adjacent to the property. That would not be quite so laughable if the actual property had been maintained at all but clearly they can’t afford or unwilling to do the basics to keep up a building much less open something new. There are some darling motels in Boulder City and I highly encourage you to stay anywhere but here. I’ve just put in my second contact to corporate however I have not received a response from either management when we placed our first challenge nor the corporate office.

The only reason this is not a two-star rating is the great customer service provided by an agent names Arlet. The hotel is not great. 5 lights were out when we checked in and other problems. the pool was clean, but the staff is surprisingly friendly. I personally didn't think I would ever be interested in going back, but if they are capable enough to hire wonderful, and professional employees like Arlet, I believe they can improve their general services. I will go back there in a few months when I have to attend some meeting. I belive they will be better.

They refused to do anything about the mice running around in the room every night. I can’t get much sleep staying here due to the ongoing rodent infestation.. For no reason my room key cards just stopped working today i had to walk all the way to the office to get them reprogrammed. They said they charge $15 to replace a room key card well thats a total rip off considering they purchase the cards for a few cents a piece. I personally have never been charged at any hotel for a room key replacement. It’s very uncomfortable when i walk to the soda machine (last evening) and the lady from the office gave me a nasty look! That is unacceptable for a staff person to do such a thing. They say wifi is free then charge you $19.99 every 2weeks. They advertise full kitchen . There is merely 2burners to cook on and a microwave. No oven. A small refrigerator. This place is very expensive $1600 for 4weeks. Then it goes down to around $1400. After the room tax drops in 30 days. Its a horrible place to live it doesn’t feel like hone sweet home exactly . I chose to stay here because the rent was supposed to be much cheaper .when i checked in i paid $880 i thought it was for 1 month it was for 2 weeks which includes $85 so called deposit. Anyway im deathly afraid of rodents they had to be here long before i moved in and I’m sure they are multiplying.(nesting inside the mattress) . I chise to stay here because its too far to drive to my work . ( Henderson). When you pay for weeks not months it amounts to paying for 13 months not 12 so you would think it would be cheaper feels kinda like a scam
