We picked this hotel so that we would have easy access to the airport for a very early morning flight. The airport is literally across the street, a 5-minute walk away, so for that purpose the hotel is great. Our room was small, but filled its purpose. Since our flight was so early, we could not benefit from the breakfast that other travellers rave about. The good thing is that on their website, you can book a night without breakfast, which is good, if you can't have it anyway. The staff is friendly, even if English can be a slight problem at times. A few people do speak English, but the ones who don't tried to help us the best they could as I tried to communicate in pidgin-Portuguese.

Fiz o check in antecipado, cheguei e não tinha quarto, no final me colocaram no quarto que não tinha nem cortina na área de banco. Cafe da manha de péssima qualidade. Acho que deveria ter ao menos 3 quartos com um nível melhor caso o hospede queira fazer um up grade

É uma pena que um hotel tão conhecido em Cuiabá apresente falhas no atendimento, com informações desencontradas por parte dos funcionários e uma falta de respeito na resolução de problemas. Tudo isso poderia ser evitado com um processo de check-in mais claro e organizado. Fiz check-in no Hotel Taiamã no dia 22/08/24 e, durante o processo de informação e preenchimento sobre minha estadia, em nenhum momento fui informada que o estacionamento do hotel era pago. Essa descoberta desagradável só aconteceu hoje, no final do meu check-out, quando fui surpreendida com uma cobrança de R$80,00 pelos quatro dias que estive lá. Diante disso, pedi para falar com o gerente para expressar minha indignação pela falta de clareza nas informações. Quando ele chegou, alegou que estava escrito em uma placa – uma placa pequena, colocada em um quadro que não é visível. Expliquei que não pagaria por algo que não foi claramente comunicado, e, para minha surpresa, o gerente simplesmente me deu as costas e saiu. Não sei se essa é a postura adequada de um gerente para resolver conflitos, mas confesso que fiquei extremamente indignada com tal atitude. Quero deixar registrado que as meninas que me atenderam na recepção foram incríveis, assim como os manobristas. O que falta é uma comunicação clara para evitar esse tipo de constrangimento.

We stayed in the superior double at the Gran Odara Hotel for 1-night in early Sep ($147 Can). The hotel is large, new and modern, with large, comfortable rooms. Ours had a king bed with sufficient clothes storage but no in-room safe, a mini-refrigerator, a large bathroom with good water pressure in the shower, and a view over the busy street. There was a small pool on the 2nd floor terrace, and a spa. Breakfast, in the ground floor restaurant (good dinners at ~R100 per plate) had a selection of cold cuts, cheeses, baked goods and hot food from a menu. We selected the Gran Odara for our stay on the night before going into the Pantanal for its downtown location, thinking it would be convenient to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Unfortunately, there is nothing within walking distance except a super market across the busy 6-lane street (no cross walks within 1 km in either direction), making it a slow and risky proposition waiting for a gap in the traffic to dash across. If you stay here, be aware that you will have to taxi or Uber if you want to go anywhere. Otherwise, good value for the price.

Nos hospedamos por uma noite Hotel Transamerica Fit em Rondonópolis. O hotel é novo. Recepção grande. Ótimo atendimento. Ficamos no quarto 711, de frente para a rua. Quarto grande com cama queen. 2 travesseiros, só que estavam com cheiro desagradável. O lençol de baixo como não tinha elástico, vai saindo do lugar, quando acordei estava direto no colchão. Bancadinha e cadeira. TV pequena para o tamanho do quarto. Ar split. Espelho de corpo inteiro. Armário com cabides. Frigobar vazio, as bebidas tem que comprar na recepção. Banheiro grande com chuveiro muito bom. Toalhas macias. Limpeza boa. O hotel tem restaurante, mas como era sábado, o atendimento é somente das 18:00 às 19:30 horas. Jantamos nele. Pedimos dois pratos, pois são individuais. “Costelinha ao molho barbecue” e “strogonoff de filé”. O molho da Costelinha não era barbecue, parecia mais extrato de tomate. Mas a costelinha estava gostosa. O Strogonoff estava bom. Café da manhã também muito bom. Garagem fechada. O hotel não tem isolamento acústico, se ouve muitos barulhos, inclusive da rua. Prefira os quartos de trás.

Passei 1 semana no hotel a trabalho. O hotel é razoável, os quartos parecem ser antigos, falta manutenção principalmente no banheiro. O chuveiro molhava tudo menos quem tomava banho, bem desregulado, não tinha como tomar banho e não lavar o cabelo. A limpeza dos quartos e dependências do hotel eram boas. Achei o café da manhã excelente porém todos os dias que passei lá foi a mesma coisa, deveriam variar. O barulho externo era grande, quase a noite toda se ouvia carros e motos circulando pois o hotel fica numa avenida mega movimentada. O barulho interno tbm incomodava, não sei se de hóspedes ou funcionários. Não sei se me hospedaria novamente lá!

NAO ATENDE A NECESSIDADE. O hotel é mau conservado, no meu quarto não havia sabonetes e nem shampoo. Além do atendimento que não foi conforme o esperado. Se realmente eu retornar a Cuiabá, não fico neste hotel

Walking distance from Cuiaba airport, check in staff were helpful and friendly, room was basic but clean, the battery was flat in the room safe so we were immediately moved to a room with a working safe. Very good breakfast, good option for an over night before heading off to the pantanal or somewhere else. Tip, about 200 meters to the left of the hotel is the Aerporto grill where we enjoyed a fantastic traditional Brazilian meat feast at a very good price, it opens at 6:30pm.
