Très bon rapport qualité/ prix pour cette auberge de jeunesse nouvelle génération, tout le personnel a été agréable et compétent. Une mention particulière au chef cuistot du Birgit pour ses délicieux gâteaux faits maison, sa salade de fruits, son coulis de framboise et tout le reste au petit déjeuner. Je recommande cette auberge de jeunesse ainsi que le petit déjeuner XL

Basic room but very clean, reception staff is great, we visited on the day when the Olympic Torch was passing through so there were special arrangements for parking and shuttles, but it was well-explained upon check-in. Note: if you’re arriving by car you need an access code from the hotel to enter the gates to the hotel zone, if you book through trip.com the hotel will not email you directly, remember to contact the hotel for the code after you book.

I hesitated to book at Le Relais Saint-Michel based on the prior reviews, but we really enjoyed our stay here! They emailed us a code to access the gate to the hotel guest parking lot prior to arrival, and we just drove up to the gate, punched in the code, and drove right up to the hotel. The rooms were not yet ready for us at around 4pm (a negative), so we left our bags with the hotel and ventured out to Mont Saint Michel. This hotel is the closest to the monument, and the bus stop is right in front of the parking lot, so it was a matter of minutes before we were at the foot of the Mont. We returned to the hotel after exploring for a few hours, and the check-in was fast and easy, and we had a recently renovated smaller room (101) with a nice outdoor terrace with a panoramic view of Mont Saint-Michel, and a much larger recently renovated room (201) with an oblique rooftop view, although still very nice. We found some minor issues with cleanliness (the prior guest's facial wash was not removed from the room), but otherwise the room was clean, comfortable, and just perfect for an overnight stay. The mont was not very illuminated at night (we were there a few days before the noctural illuminations), but it was lovely to gaze at it at night and in the morning when there were no people about, just goats. Would definitely stay here again if in the area - our friends stayed down the road at another hotel within the gates and I definitely think this was a superior experience.

Room was hot upon arrival but propping our room door open & opening the window across from it & I also went down the hall & opened the building window..finally cooled down. We ended up sleeping well & could leave window open bc it was super quiet outside. Location: 1) the free shuttle directly in front 2) immediately next door(same parking lot) has Brioche Doree for take away sandwiches, croissants, etc 0830-1730 & a gift shop/huge general store open til 7p & even had some basic food & alcohol. Vending machine outside with food/drink 3) also in same parking lot is their restaurant where they can give you ice! (Get the “ice bag” from the Front desk first) Hotel: had 3 tables with chairs in the lobby, a picnic table outside, & an unlocked breakfast room that had a microwave in it. Room: only liquid soap in dispensers at sink & in shower as the toiletries Being that we were able to sleep well, I gave 4 & it was MUCH cheaper than other places near by(I booked in adv on their site), otherwise if during hot summers: 2 or 3 Tip: better yet, time your arrival to do MSM as a day trip (allow 2-3 hr) & then drive on to another town & sleep there

Clean and tidy hotel and good value. My only criticism would be the lack of choice for breakfast, just a very basic continental breakfast but they didn’t even have jam or marmalade available. But the venue is next to the courtesy bus to Mount-St-Michel which is very good.

We had an overnight stay after a long drive from Switzerland. Parking available under the hotel. Refreshing swim in the pool. The restaurant and food were formidable. The staff were friendly, polite young people and were happy and egar to help. The panacota desert was off the scale. Would most certainly return hear.

Hotel itu, sebaliknya, hampir skandal untuk jumlah yang diminta: bilik kecil dan sederhana, perabot lama. Pengering rambut dinding rosak dan apabila kami meminta pengering rambut pengganti dengan rambut basah, kami diberitahu mereka tidak mempunyai apa-apa! Tidak boleh diterima untuk hotel € 135 setiap malam! Sarapan termasuk di Mere Poulard yang bersejarah berdekatan (dengan gambar semua watak terpenting abad kedua puluh tergantung di dinding!); tetapi di sana mereka adalah kegemilangan masa lalu: sarapan pagi dan perkhidmatan tidak dapat dilupakan.

On the hotel's own website, under the list of services provided there is 'secure parking'. This hotel does NOT have any parking available and on-street parking nearby is virtually non-existent. There is an open-air, insecure car park near the wharf or there is a very expensive multistorey a couple of streets away. I found this out when I contacted the hotel to reserve parking because my partner has limited mobility. When I pointed out that their own website states there is parking I was told sorry that info is wrong and there was plenty of paid parking nearby. I was not offered the facility to cancel or modify my booking despite their own website being misleading. When we arrived the connecting rooms we requested were locked and we had to get reception to come up and unlock them but there was no facility for us to lock that door again so neither room had privacy. The rooms themselves were very clean, very comfortable and well-maintained. Breakfast the next morning was a farce. The kitchen manager clearly did not know the number of people having breakfast so when we arrived they were hastily scrabbling around for enough plates, yogurts and bakery products. We were served limp, barely warmed croissants and part-baked baguettes that weren't cooked properly. The only redeeming factor in this whole experience was the gentleman on reception (the morning of 14/01/24) who was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful.

Last minute booking to break our journey from the tunnel to the Charente. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Loads of information available for things to do in the area. Definitely would stay again but would book direct next time rather than through a booking website as they offer a loyalty scheme.

I was rather concerned after I had made a booking after reading a review that complained that the bedding was not changed every day. Ignore this negativity, the People gets my vote for cleanliness. One observation. The windows in the bar/ pizza area could do with a polish. They seemed a little ‘ greasy’ in the setting sun. Apart from that minor comment, perfect. I have no connections with the People. I was an unnecessarily apprehensive visitor.

L'hôtel est bien situé à l'entrée de la cité du Mont Saint-Michel mais n'attendez pas à voir une vue surprenante ni de la baie ni de l'abbaye. Il y a les toits des immeubles qui l'entourent qui bloquent la vue. La chambre est assez spacieuse et bien agencée. La salle de bain dispose d'une baignoire d'angle, mais aucune fenêtre. Les lits et meubles sont propres mais j'ai été désagréablement surpris de voir l'état des rebords et cadres des fenêtres noircis de saletés. J'ai voulu y poser mon téléphone pour faire une vidéo du lever de soleil mais j'ai été vite interpellé par l'état des fenêtres. L'hôtel ne dispose pas d'ascenseur et les escaliers sont assez étroits. Donc, pas adapté pour des personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite. Il y avait suffisamment de choix pour le petit déjeuner et la jeune fille qui nous a servi est très agréable. Il y avait juste certains produits (pain au chocolat, par exemple) qui n'ont pas été réapprovisionnés. Ce n'était pourtant pas encore la fin du service. Nous avons voulu manger au restaurant mais la réservation est complète. Etonnement, en y passant en début et milieu de service, bcp de tables sont vides mais on nous a refusé accès et renvoyé au restaurant de l'auberge en proximité.

Si vous recherchez un hôtel bien placé (au bord d’Honfleur à pied) et simple, pas cher, vous êtes au bon endroit. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et le personnel est très sympathique. Nous reviendrons très certainement.

I was the leader of a British school group who stayed at this hotel last week. Whilst we were there, we had the misfortune of being struck by a 24 hour sickness bug which affected 34 out of 48 of my students, so first and foremost, I would like to apologise for any inconvenience and distress we may have caused. However, our situation was rendered unmanageable by the simple fact that our group, despite a very clear request from our operator to keep us together, as you would logically expect for any school group, was dispatched all over the hotel, in amongst other guests. The booking was made 6 months ago, so no excuse for very poor planning, and for our concerns for the safety of our students. Our first cases started happening on the very first night. This was a particularly virulent bug which caused our students to vomit with no warning. Of course, when a student was affected, other students in their room had to come and find us. The only place we could use as a hub, given the situation, was the hotel lobby. This went on all night, and we stayed up all night, dealing in the best way we could with our sick students, stripping beds, moving students to other unaffected rooms when we could... The hotel manager/night porter (at least I assume he was the manger as he never bothered to introduce himself) witnessed the situation but didn't offer any help whatsoever, not even clean sheets. We had to ask for these and he very reluctantly gave us 3 !!! The next day we were met by the same man, who just proceeded to shout at us for not having any control over our students, going as far as insinuating that our students were sick in their beds on purpose... When I tried to make him see our point of view, his tone turned to sarcasm as he repeatedly said ”Yeah, yeah, you're right”... After much calm and patience I thought I had managed to get through to him, have an adult conversation, and I thought we had left in amenable terms when I got on the coach to go on a visit. We even smiled at each other and I really thought I'd got somewhere with him. Unfortunately, when we came back from that visit, the reception shutter was down and the man didn't realise that I could hear every word he was shouting down the phone again to his area manger. It was very clear that he was not able to try and see things differently at all... He also accused one of our student of being sick in the hotel lobby, but then changed his story when he asked to see the video footage... I could carry on at greater length... This hotel will not be a suitable place for any school group as long as it is run by someone as incompetent as this man, who displayed the understanding and interpersonal skills of Basil Faulty, but without the character and humour. Communication among the staff was also sketchy, which led to another argument with the manager... However, I could not fault the rest of the staff. Fantastic stay - plenty of space for 4 (double bed and 2 singles, once which folds down from the wall). Car parking at €20 per night (if I remember correctly!) - this was very tight to enter but plenty of spaces and our large estate car managed it). Super buffet breakfast which was good value at €21 per adult (kids were free). Excellent location - 10 minute walk to the main sights, we would not hesitate to return

No instructions on how to navigate/ find the car park which is hidden underneath the shopping centre. Hotel is very old and is in dire need of some renovation especially the bathrooms and internal corridors. They show photos of the reception area and bed area that somehow make it appear to be nicer/newer hotel. There are plenty of other places to stay in Rouen that are in much better area as this felt very undesirable when stepping out

Bonne hôtel pour un tarif bas, c'est très propre ! Par contre voir pour optimiser au mieux les chambres comme le rajout de meubles de rangement et amélioration des menuiseries ( beaucoup de vent s'infiltre dans les chambres , du coup on entend facilement des sifflements lors de léger vent )

Nous avons été très heureux de séjourner à l'Hôtel Première Classe de Le Havre Centre. Le personnel est accueillant, à l'écoute, joviale et toujours prêt à rendre service. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et même la douche est bien mieux que dans les autres Hôtels Première Classe car avec une porte de douche en verre plutôt qu'un rideau qui se colle à vous lorsque vous êtes mouillé. Vraiment nous sommes très satisfaits. Merci encore à tous les personnel !

Venus passer une nuit lors d un tournoi nois avons sejourne dans cet hôtel proche du gymnase où nous devions aller le lendemain. La chambre etait très grande, propre et confortable. Nous avons très bien dormi et le petit déjeuner était varie et copieux. Un grand merci à la demoiselle de l accueil qui nous à trouvé une télécommande (l hotel à déplore le vol de plusieurs...) très serviable et souriante.

L’hôtel est conforme à la description. L’hôtel se situe proche du centre de Rouen, malheureusement il n’y a pas de place de parking au alentours il faudra débourser 7€ de parking par nuit. A l’arrivée, il nous dise qu’on a pas payé le tarifs de l’hôtel du au promotion, je me suis arranger pour pas payer ce supplément. Séjour agréable.
