I loved the 24-hour airport shuttle service. The drivers were helpful and provided sound advice regarding airport departures. Hotel check-in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

When we were arriving, we didn’t have navigation so it was wonderful to see the big sign from the road. Check in is also 24hrs which really helped us as we were arriving late. The room had everything we needed and included 3 power points under the table lamps. It would’ve been nice to have brighter lights as it was a bit dim but the lamps helped to focus the lighting. All the staff and housekeeping were friendly but I wished the front desk had more knowledge for overseas travellers. It’s also conveniently located near a shopping area. We got our traveller eSIM cards from the nearby AT&T store. I didn’t get to use the amenities.

The hotel smelled like ********* in multiple areas and there is nothing that was done about it. The cleaning people stripped the sheets and took our clothes with it, and never admitted to the theft or tried to look for it. The cleaning people came one time and left our room with no towels. The front desk is super nice and cordial.

The hotel was located in a prime spot. The room was really clean. I would only recommend getting smart TV. Outside of that, I liked that they offered EV charging as well.

So helpful at the last minute. Eric was wonderful at check in and in the spot with everything me and my girls needed.

This hotel is very satisfying. Great location. The staff , from the front desk to the maids are very helpful and kind. There is plenty of shops, places to eat and entertainment for the entire family surrounding this hotel. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

酒店很小，但是衛生挺好的，早餐也不錯，停車場在馬路對麪，可以先把車停在酒店門口辦理check in,以為停車5元，結果走的時候才知道早上6點離開是5元，我們10點離開交了18美元的停車費，房間有冰箱，沒有微波爐。

We one the best hotel stays ever here. The room was absolutely perfect, clean andits smelled so good when we walked in.

hotel was generally acceptable for its price level and location. the positives were the very friendly and helpful front desk and cleaning staff. the room was large enough for two, and the bed was comfortable. downsides were simply that the amenities were not all that great, with a very small indoor pool and limited workout room. but, really, it’s fine overall. would stay again if in the area.

It was a very old hotel, evident from the bathroom shower and the carpet in the rooms. Even the telephone was missing some buttons. However, the location and service were good.In my opinion, it's not worth $170 per night.

My family i was traveling for redskins game. Check in was smooth and rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok but we dont eat pork and didnt hv pancakes orwaffles. . Overall the stay was good.

The hotel staff didn't smile very much, but the hotel itself was clean and the room was big and nice!

Very clean and the women at front desk, I believe her name is Grace was absolutely wonderful. The only negative thing to mention was the $20 a day park and the garage was in a separate building, (so on a cold and windy night which it was)it kinda sucks to have to carry luggage.

Saya tiba di BWI kira-kira jam 11:40 malam dan bergegas menghubungi perkhidmatan ulang-alik dari hotel kerana mereka memberitahu saya lebih awal bahawa jika saya tidak menelefon pada tengah malam, saya akan bersendirian untuk menumpang ke hotel. Saya tertekan kerana ia adalah kali pertama saya mengembara seorang diri. Saya menghubungi mereka pada pukul 11:50 malam weh!! tetapi banyak masa sebelum 12:00 pagi. Jadi saya fikir, mula-mula mereka menahan saya... kemudian menutup telefon, panggilan seterusnya... Tiada jawapan dan meletakkan talian. Sekarang saya sedang spazzing. Akhirnya ulang-alik akan berada di sana dalam ...15-20 mins huhhhhh?? jadi di sana saya berdiri sendirian pada tengah malam sendirian (wanita berusia 55 tahun) setengah jam berlalu... saya telefon hotel sekali lagi dan tidak mudah untuk seseorang menjawab. Oh pengangkutan ulang-alik penuh saya diberitahu supaya mereka perlu menghantar satu lagi, BENAR-BENAR jadi lagi 15 minit pergi tanpa ulang-alik, setengah jam kemudian, saya melihat ulang-alik, ini dia datang....dan terbang tepat di sebelah saya sambil saya menjerit STOP!! sekitar dia pergi, 10 minit kemudian dia akhirnya tiba di sini pada 1:15 pagi dan kemudian mengatakan dia telah ke sana. mereka memberitahunya PINTU 15 saya berkata saya berada di LOKASI 15. Mad sebelum sampai hotel, sekali sana..sejuk penuh soda untuk dibeli dan bukan satu DIET soda..aku nak tidur. Tiada selimut? hanya cadar Saya kesejukan jadi saya pergi ke meja depan untuk meminta selimut, Maaf mereka terkunci, ini beberapa cadar lagi. Dalam semua keadilan mereka kelihatan sangat pendek kakitangan. dan bilik itu bersih tetapi tidak berbaloi dengan harga

Great location! The rooms were clean and I had a great stay. The pool and outdoor area was awesome. The breakfast had great selections as well.

We got to the hotel at 4:00pm. No place to park so I went in to check in and find the valet. I asked the gentleman at the desk about valet and he said he had nothing to do with valet. They are busy and I need to wait out front. I said okay. I asked if he knew where the restaurant I booked was and at first not a clue and then he pulls out a list of restaurants and says it’s on the list. I ask where is it? His response it’s on the list. Okay. He obviously did not understand English so I thought I’ll ask the valet. I went to the valet and he told me we are not in the main building and he has no time to help us. He wasn’t sure if he could valet the car. I was confused and then he said leave the car and you can take your luggage to the building you are staying in. Well it ended up being about 5 blocks away on cobblestone sidewalks up hill. Okay so much for customer service. I realized they were not going to take care of us in any way. No customer service! I can’t believe I paid that much money and it was a room the size of a shoe box with no service.

It’s a short shuttle ride from the airport, so that’s good. If you want to get around, you need a car or taxi. Restaurants and some retail about 25-30 minutes walk away. Staff is helpful, but overworked. Limited breakfast available starting at 6 AM.

Love staying here always nice and clean. Great for getting us to the airport and back! We always stay here when we fly out to WA state to see our kids and grandchildren at least 2x a year. We were just there in February and did not have to pay for parking. We were quite surprised that this time parking is now a fee, disappointing.

The rooms were big and cozy and the pillows and the bed was absolutely confortable, the personal excellent.

I've enjoyed my stay at the comfort inn hotel, and it's convenient for nights me to get to work.

I got a room with the harbor view, it was so beautiful. I watched the sunset through my hotel window. And it’s a walking distance to the barbor and restaurants. Staff were hospitable and nice. The only thing is they don’t have free parking nor they cover the parking fees, unlike other hotels. This is first time experiencing having to pay for my own. I had to pay $24 for a day parking.

Sarapan pagi adalah makanan segera keluarga tipikal Amerika, omelet muffin minuman buah susu pada dasarnya ini, ia adalah layan diri. Apabila saya mendaftar masuk, meja depan adalah seorang wanita yang lebih tua, sangat ramah dan sopan. Saya turun dari pesawat dari Washington dan memandu sepanjang jalan untuk berpijak dan berasa sangat hangat. Terdapat sebuah halaman kecil di mana anda boleh meletak kereta secara percuma. Tidak jauh dari LEBUHRAYA, ia lebih mudah untuk memandu masuk dan keluar.

Bagus dan bersih. Bilik yang tenang untuk berehat. Menginap dua malam dan akan mengesyorkan. Bilik boleh menggunakan lebih banyak bantal atau lebih besar, tetapi segala-galanya adalah baik. Harganya agak tinggi berbanding hotel berdekatan yang sama kalibernya.

The room has strong smell. The breakfast is horrible. Coffee was not drinkable, it tastes very bad. Very disappointing this Hampton inn. I had been so many Hampton inn hotels, but this is worst.

The hotel was beautiful but there was a problem in checking in, they couldn’t find my reservation. Then they almost charged me twice for the room.
