The sea view room was great, very clean and tidy, beautiful and comfortable, private outdoor spring in the room, excellent for staying in the room. However, the meals were very disappointed that were unexpected to cost about US$600 for a night including dinner and breakfast for 2 adults and a kid. In particular, the foods for my kid were unacceptable for this price. The restaurant was not clean and the staff were not attentive. We booked the room through Trip.com and mentioned we have a 9 years old kid with us. The staff said they have no such record and required me to prove. Luckily I have the booking record in my App and showed them we did. Then, they said it should be the problem from Trip.com. And then, they said ok and would cost 25000 yen extra for my kid. I accepted, and then they said they could not provide an extra bed for my kid and reduced the cost to 20000 yen, and I also accepted. As a customer, I felt this was not attentive and not polite to request me to prove I had mentioned a kid for the booking. That’s all fine, but the quality and taste for the meals were really unacceptable at this price range, the breakfast was horrible. At last, my case wasn’t a communication problem because the staff who talked to us wasn’t a Japanese and was a native English speaker. Anyhow, the facilities and the room of this hotel were excellent, but the meals and services were not worth for this price.

Wonderful location. Very clean. Good service. Friendly and helpful staff. We experienced a mild earthquake in early morning. There was announcement after the alarm to the hotel room after the shake. However, it was only in Japanese. It would be better if the announcement could be in English as well. Anyway, the reception took our call and explained the situation quickly.

hôtel tentaculaire et labyrinthique qui domine la baie. Les onsens dans les cavernes face à l’océan déchaînés justifient à eux-seuls le déplacement et il n’est pas difficile de rallier les sites importants du Kumano depuis ce lieu. Il y a une navette par bus et une navette par bateau. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Deux bémols : la navette nous a déposé sur un parking et non pas à la gare ce qui nous a obligé à courir pour avoir notre train, le restaurant est un buffet où tout le monde semble faire n’importe quoi.

和歌山市内でホテルを探していた時に『ダイワロイネット』を見付けました。沖縄国際通りでよく利用していたので、まず名前で選んだ感じです。和歌山駅からは結構離れていますが、車での利用でしたので問題はありませんでした。予約をしてから場所を確認しているとびっくり。『和歌山城』の目の前です。この日はライトアップ期間中でしたので、お部屋の目の前はライトアップされた和歌山城を見る事が出来て、最高のロケーションでした！ お部屋も設備が整っており、消臭剤や空気清浄機も完備され、冷蔵庫もカラの状態ですから飲み物など入れて利用しました。 朝食はお城を目の前に見るレストラン。こちらも景色抜群です。バイキングの内容も一般的な洋食メニューに、目の前で作って下さる『オムレツ』。それに併せて『和歌山名物』もいっぱいで、お腹いっぱいになりました。『梅干しの食べ比べ』や『しらす』『ごま豆腐』『まぐろの角煮』など、輪良く中心にすれば良かったと後悔したほどでした(笑)食後のデザートも有り、コーヒーのお供に『パンダクッキー』が有ったのも和歌山らしいですネ！ ひとつリクエストをするのであれば、ジュースコーナーに『じゃばら』（和歌山特産のかんきつ類）のジュースが有ったらな～！と思いました。 ほぼほぼ・・・99％満足のこのホテル。おそらく次回和歌山に行く機会が有りましたら、またお世話になると思います。

The staff were all very friendly and polite, which made our stay even better. However, the hotel's location is next to the beach, which means you have to climb a slope to get there. It is also quite far from the JR station, and the only public transportation available is a 30-minute bus ride. Additionally, there are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so you might want to plan ahead for meals.

Customer service from front desk efficient & professional. Buffet breakfast was ample and included in price. Twin room size was of a good size for Japanese hotel including great size twin beds. Overall an excellent stay while seeing the sights of Wakayama, would highly recommend.

Amazing hotel with a great ocean view! Location was a little far from the station but you can easily grab a taxi at the station easily

Key Terrace Hotel Seamore is a really lovely, modern and chic hotel in the south of Wakayama Prefecture. We stayed in a sea view room with Tatatmi area, and booked dinner at one of the two traditional restaurants within the hotel complex. First, the views are wonderful. Taking a relaxing moment at the infinity footbath, or a drink in the beer garden at night are absolute musts to enjoy the sights. You can also visit the underwater observatory, or use the onsen facilities. Some other reviews have mentioned, unfortunately, the place is surrounded by nature, and that means bugs. They're like cockroaches but not. If you're creeped out by things that scuttle, don't go to the outdoor onsen. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to Sandanbeki caves, and a five minute walk to the fisherman's wharf. A short car ride will take you to Adventure World. within the hotel there are lots of facilities for enjoying your night for families or groups of friends. There's also a karaoke room on the 3rd floor (book in advance). Dinner was phenomenal. We had a selection of foods from the region, including freshly caught abalone and a freshly prepared mackerel sashimi (the head of which they turned into a soup for us once the sashimi was gone). The buffet at breakfast has a mix of all Japanese standards and Western styles. There's also the delicious pastries of Tettei bakery inside the hotel if you wanna buy something for the drive back. Would go back and would recommend the hotel to friends who are looking for a great stay in Shirahama.

Nice room, Great location, just 5 mins walk from Wakayamashi Station. Decent breakfast provided also. Hotel also provide free use of washing machine and dryer.

Fabulous seaside view and nice Japanese traditional style onsen with Seaview. They also switch male and female side every day so you can enjoy both onsen in one trip. Their check out time is 10am and check in around 15:00 so the time you can enjoy is a little limited. But I would recommend you take the breakfast and dinner inclusive to have the whole experience and it is quite far away from any food and no convenient transport except transfer to city center every morning.

Good business hotel in Wakayama in front of the Wakayama castle. Rooms are quite old fashion but spacious, with optional Castle view.

Convenient location, within five minutes walk to the Nanhai Wakayamashi Station. I walked to Wakayama Castle for twenty minutes, nice! Little old fashion while everyone clean. Breakfast is good for me, Japanese style. Recommend for convenient and budgeted considerations.

This was a wonderful stay - the room was huge. There was a ton of space. It’s a great place to stay for couples. The room had a big bathroom, traditional japanese futons, tatami mats, and robes. The hotel itself has a bunch of private onsens that you can reserve free of extra charge. It’s a great location within walking distance of a ramen restaurant, the beach, and a bus stop that can take you around shirahama/Wakayama area.

This is my second time to come back to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Due to we booked in the last minute, we can’t reserve the meal to eat in hotel. Room is facing the Shirarahama beach with sea view. The hot spring is nice but management should consider to do some renovation as some of the facilities already outdated & history Parking is free available. Would recommend who interest to Shirahama

離れですが、大浴場やセルフキッチンを利用するのにちょうどいい位置にあります。 小さい子どもが一緒でしたが、周りを気にせずゆっくり過ごす事ができました。 部屋はしっかり清掃されており、ベッドもふかふかで快適でした。 冷凍庫付きの冷蔵庫があります。 洗面台、トイレは2つずつ。 露天風呂の洗い場はお湯が出るまでに5分ほどかかります。 梅樽の露天風呂は家族みんなで入る事ができる程の大きさで子ども達も大はしゃぎ。 大変満足しました。 露天風呂とは別に室内にも浴室はあります。 ・ホテルの外 シャワーと蛇口があるので、夏は海からあがってきた時に便利だろうなと思います。 ・セルフキッチン 調理器具が何でも揃っており、オーブントースターや電子レンジ、お皿やスプーン、お箸、子ども食器、ラップと色んなものがあったので重宝しました。 使用時間は7:00〜22:00と書かれていました。 ・シャンプーバー 大浴場近くの廊下においてあり、小さなカップに入れて持っていく事が可能です。 ・大浴場 22時くらいに行ったのですが、足を入れる事すら出来ないくらい熱かったです。 もう少し温度調整をしてもらえたらと思いました。 大浴場のみ残念でしたが、全体的に大満足でまたお世話になりたいと思います。

Fantastic value for what you get. Although you’re room is in a building next to the main hotel you can use all of the facilities which include hot springs, the swimming pool and sauna. It’s also close enough to the beach to walk and there’s a bus stop right outside.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon, and it did not disappoint. We booked a room with a private onsen that overlooks the ocean. Unfortunately, the weather was gloomy and/or rainy most of the trip, but the view was still spectacular, and the onsen was incredible. The hotel itself has an older exterior, but the inside is immaculate. There is a bar with floor to ceiling windows that overlook the ocean. The Italian restaurant also has floor to ceiling windows that look over the pool. Our suite was the best (and biggest) hotel room that we stayed in while visiting Japan (including a massive shower, a double sink vanity, and a seat for the vanity). However, we did book a suite with a king bed, but were told that all of the rooms have 2 twin beds that can be pushed together. It was not ideal, but that was the only issue that we had. Infinito also had the most in-room amenities out of all of the hotels we stayed at in Japan. Infinito provided the usual amenities (hair dryer, water bottles, tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath slippers, etc.) AND several additional amenities (cookies to eat with tea, hair straightener, a second set of Bulgari amenities, a skin treatment set, hotel wear, indoor and outdoor slippers, etc.). The staff was absolutely fantastic. My husband had arranged for flowers in the room for our arrival, and the hotel was very responsive and able to accommodate his request. In addition, we had the pleasure of meeting Chiho, who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Chiho (and the rest of the hotel management and staff) helped us find restaurants and make reservations, and even arranged for shuttle service to the restaurants. The hotel also provided a shuttle from Shirahama station and a shuttle to Nanki-Shirahama Airport. One thing to note is that the hotel is still strict with Covid policies (moreso than the other places we stayed in Japan), so be prepared to fill out a questionnaire and wear gloves when dining at the buffets. Infinito is a little out-of-the-way, but is definitely worth the trek.

和歌山で部屋食で九絵をいただける宿を探していて、こちらを見つけました。「ホテル」ですが、夕食はお部屋でいただけ、朝食はバイキングというプランでした。一休から九絵尽くしのプランをとったので九絵を堪能でき満足です。白良浜では「白良浜グランドホテル」に二度泊まったことがありますが、あちらとはまた違った角度から白良浜を見ることができます。高級感はありませんが、スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で居心地の良い宿泊でした。

Great location as just opposite bus station. Opposite the road within 5min walk will reach supermarket and Daiso. The room is spacious. Onsen is open from night until 10am next day. The hotel staff friendly, helpful and arrange the futon for us. You also can choose your own amenities after check in. Free coffee, tea and some juice at hotel lobby and selected floor

和歌山で部屋食で九絵をいただける宿を探していて、こちらを見つけました。「ホテル」ですが、夕食はお部屋でいただけ、朝食はバイキングというプランでした。一休から九絵尽くしのプランをとったので九絵を堪能でき満足です。白良浜では「白良浜グランドホテル」に二度泊まったことがありますが、あちらとはまた違った角度から白良浜を見ることができます。高級感はありませんが、スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で居心地の良い宿泊でした。

Great location as just opposite bus station. Opposite the road within 5min walk will reach supermarket and Daiso. The room is spacious. Onsen is open from night until 10am next day. The hotel staff friendly, helpful and arrange the futon for us. You also can choose your own amenities after check in. Free coffee, tea and some juice at hotel lobby and selected floor
