Hotel Dengan Tempat letak kereta di Mae Hong Son, Thailand

The hotel is located slightly out of the town centre… 10-12 min on foot, might be a bit tricky if you don’t drive. The management photos certainly don’t represent the true state of things, incl. swimming pool area and the actual rooms. The room itself was spacious enough and functional, however there’re certain things that took us by surprise to say the least. First of all, there’s no proper bathroom, instead there’re two microscopic spaces designated on a side (shower room & toilet) + sink located inside the room! Pillows super hard and difficult to sleep on, no hot water while taking shower only lukewarm at best. Next, the walls were full of various stains & marks, the bulkhead area (where the air-com unit was located) was all damp with plaster hanging in places, ready to peel off anytime. The space designed for the luggage was inadequate hence its wasn’t possible to spread anything down there which was a shame. Finally, for some unknown reason, on the terrace there’re no chairs or tables which again turned out to be a wasted space… On a positive note, the reception staff was very helpful and positive at all times. We liked the area around swimming pool since there’re not many people hanging around at the time. Air con worked well, so did the mini fridge & safe box. Strong wifi signal across the room and decent size TV. After we checked out, I asked if we’d use their luggage storage for 24 hrs and they happily agreed. Overall, there’s plenty to be improved in this type of hotel, in particular those few practical / aesthetic issues. I can’t say we didn’t enjoy our stay, however some of the things that I mentioned bothered us quite a bit and should have been resolved differently. I hope the management can take a closer look and address those matters in near future.

Nice hotel situated near to the main walking street in Pai. Our ground floor room was spacious with a large bed and lovely terrace overlooking the pool. The toilet and shower were a little bit claustrophobic. The pool was clean at the start of our stay however turned a murky green colour in the last days.

The villa is beautiful, though the walk from the check in to the villa is far (we got the river view) so not for those handicap people to lug bags around. The spa pool in the room are not cleaned, so it's a waste of one of the best features. The entrance is hard to find so try not to go at night, one 1 staff working that I saw for check in, the walk to the villa is also quite dark. TIPS: Quite alot of insect, so bring your own insecticide if you hate bugs. They have a hot spa pool though, bring your swim suit.

Хороший отель в стиле бунгало на окраине Пая. Добраться до Пая отсюда можно только на байке или велосипеде, далеко. Зато на территории красивые виды на горы и поле с прудом, сама территория большая. Домики полностью деревянные, есть горячая вода, умывальник, кровать, вентилятор. Если нравится отдых в сельском стиле - вам сюда. Нужен отель, точно не про это место. После заката, если проголодались или нудна вода-нужно ехать в Пай. Из минусов, если попадутся шумные соседи (домики близко друг от друга-слышимость очень высокая)

I really enjoyed my 4 nights here in Pai. The room is clean with a nice belcony and view on top floors. The hosts are very friendly and wifi quick. There is a coffee shop at front and free instant coffeeand bananas in lobby which is nice. The location is perfect close to walking street. A good place to stay for a budget in Pai.

Lovely hotel, perfect walking distance from Pai centre. Free shuttle also offered. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Big mugs for coffee, large bowls for cereal. Eggs made to order. Loved the finishing touches, robes, local soaps and herbal washes. Room is perfect, views to die for. Absolute value for money, would certainly book every time. My baby catered for with extra water, towels and a huge comfy cot.

Amazing location🔻 Amazing view 🪟 Friendly stuff 🤗 But music at lobby worse than ever heard💩 Please stop playing music for Chinese clubs, it's killing the vibe 🙏 Definitely recommend this hotel and will back here again and again if they promise to solve music problems or will hire a good dj💪

Charmant, dans la nature, sympa pour un court séjour. Nous avions une chambre avec salle de bain partagée. La salle de bain n’était pas en très bon état. L’isolation de la chambre n’était pas terrible car il n’y avait pas de vitres aux fenêtres. Le staff de l’hôtel était sympathique et à disposition mais assez mal organisé (réception vacante, communication compliquée car seule une dame joignable uniquement par téléphone parlait anglais).

We had a wonderful relaxing time at the Quarter Pai. We had two rooms with a shared balcony for our family - two adults and two children. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated and the cleaning was effective. The hotel staff were helpful - for example using the pool net to rescue a small ball that nearly got lost under the low balcony outside our room. The pool was great for the kids and we spent lots of time playing in it. There are very shallow sections at one end for younger children. The reception staff were helpful and attentive, though sometimes google translate came in handy. The hotel is a a short walk out of town (5-10 minutes from the start of the main 'walking street') and the hotel runs a shuttle which is helpful on very hot days or in the rain. There was a lot of work going on at the hotel when we were there to spruce it up after the quieter times that all of the hotels in this area have experienced. Pai itself is lovely. There are tons of lovely small cafes and little shops. Lots of activities nearby. And it's easy to get to with a 3-4 hour bus journey from Chiang Mai. The hotel breakfast was good.

Very tough beds and old towels. The rest of the room working properly. I think you can find a better place for the same price if you look around.

Overall a lovely stay with no issues. A great price for what you get. The hotel has a fantastic location on the Main Street. Everything is within a 10 minute walk. You can’t fault the location. The rooms are large and spacious. Clean and tidy. With a Fan and AC. Fridge, kettle, hairdryer, tea/coffee and water provided. The staff were lovely. They didn’t have good English, but tried there best. Breakfast was included. Was a selection of tea/coffee/juice/water, toast, cereals and fruit to have. With 1 choice of a freshly cooked main dish, such as omelettes.

It was the best place I stayed in in a while. For the amazing price, around 700 thb ( prices may vary depending on season)we had our room cleaned every day bedsheets changed and towels, swept and tidied. Plus there is a marvelous breakfast 6 or 7 different ways they make eggs for you.Tea coffee and all you can eat toasts 😅 served with butter or 2 different jams. Around 10-15 minutes to the Pai walking street and 3 minutes walk to the nearest motorcycle rental 👌. I recommend this place to every backpacker, couple or family travelers. There are rooms options with or without air-conditioning too. It's really peaceful and staff is super kind and friendly. Thank you for making our holiday much better 🧡.

At morning the boss of hotel helped me to call a taxi to MHS bus station, actually not far tho, cuz downtown of MHS is not big, but the location of hotel is just in town.

Superb service by resort team. Have an amazing stay here and in fact we extend one more night here.

Nice location, 15 minutes drive to Ban Rak Thai if you prefer budget friendly option. I booked a riverside room and it is peaceful and tranquil around the bungalow. Friendly owner with warmly welcome smile. Room is quite spacious but amenities are limited like old-fashioned water heater. You can build fireplace beside the river chilling at night. Breakfast is nice enough with the location. The view is quite spectacular from the reception in which dining area is connected.

If Maehongson has a 'grand dame' of a hotel, this is it. It's the largest hotel and in theory the one local hotel that can offer full service options - catering for meeting and banquets/ receptions that are often held here by government officials. It arguably has the most beautiful and largest large pool in MHS, overshadowed by tall teak trees - very peaceful to swim in and/or just look out at from your poolside room. Rooms are large with comfortable sitting areas - AND as others have commented, they feel dated and somewhat worn - but they are clean and quiet, each with a decent sized balcony and I believe most rooms have a bathtub! Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Most surprising to me was that the wifi was strong and worked great the entire stay. I did not expect this. I appreciate the wood floors and furnishings throughout the hotel. I was given an early check in which was so appreciated. A basic buffet was available the first day with made to order eggs as well as fruit, cereals and Thai options. On my 2nd day, the buffet options disappeared and it was just made to order eggs and cereal/toast/fruit/coffee and tea - apparently the buffet only happens if there are over 30 guests and this being the green season, numbers are down. Staff were helpful and friendly and there is an onsite massage available. The hotel is just outside of town so not really walkable into town - but if you have your own transport, this is a great option. And it is a great option if you just need a peaceful break from a mostly full service hotel with a beautiful pool. Long stay rates are also available beginning at 9000 baht  a month currently. 

The peaceful Lanna style resort is about 8 km from the city. Staffs were very nice and so generous. They kindly offered a free room for our guide and driver :). The resort is divided into several zones. Our room was a Lanna style house in a vast shady garden. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a wooden floor and the decoration was in Lanna style. A fine buffet breakfast was held in the Lanna hall that provides a good view of Pai river and a green field at the opposite bank.

We really liked our one night stay at Boondee House, having booked last minute with a change of plans, we were so happy to have chosen this place. Great amenities, everything you could possibly need; lots of parking near the rooms, water, big fridge, fresh towels, hot shower, TV, hairdryer, lots of plugs, kettle. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Nice communal area with more facilities and small kitchen area. The whole place was very cute and the owner was so helpful and welcoming. Thank you Boondee House! We'd stay here again over any other resort or guesthouse in Mae Hong Son.

Great place to stay while doing the Mae Hong Son loop. Room was very spacious with a balcony with amazing views of the river and mountains around. There's plenty of parking for both cars and motorcycles in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet had lots of options, like toast, eggs various ways and rice soups. Location was pretty good too, lovely along side the river and a delicious restaurant next door for dinner. Definitely recommend.

A lovey place made entirely of teak the views from ALL the bedrooms are of the river and in the morning I saw a man heeding his buffaloes across the river which was truly magical! It is a small place and the service is very personal and friendly. Mae Sariang is a lovely place to relax and unwind. Come here soon!

This is a cute little hotel. I stayed in a double room and it was fairly spacious. There was a small balcony with not much of a view, however I think some balconies have a view of the street. Mae Sariang is fairly rural so this hotel is a good option. The air conditioning is excellent and can even be left on when you leave the room. Cleanliness is fair, considering its location, I did see a few bugs but it was rainy season in Thailand! Staff are all friendly. I do think that the twin rooms are slightly nicer than the doubles, but I had a lovely stay and would stay again if I returned to this area. The bed was firm but comfortable. There was a decent shower and plenty of bottled water was provided.

Nice place. Relaxing. The front desk was a bit standoffish at first but warmed up quick enough to remind us we were still in Thailand. Relaxing patio dining area and each river facing room as a balcony one can sit at. There is a walk way along the river and we wished that there was access to this from the hotel, it would be nice to have. Rooms were comfortable, great Teak floors. This is an older quaint hotel that reminded me of the older days of Thailand, so if you're looking for something more modern this is not it, but we slept great, staff were great, rooms were clean and comfortable.

We stayed here for one night doing the Hong Son Loop on Motorcycles. It’s a great stop over on route and it’s very quirky. To get to your room you have to crossover a small bridge with koi Karp swimming below you. I can’t thank the owner and a teacher that found my bag containing all my money, passport and credit cards that had dropped out of my backpack whilst leaving the hotel and end up on the road. I only found out 2 hrs later, when we went to buy something on route. I had a missed call from the owner called Si that explained that the teacher had handed it in to the police. The police gave me his number and I couldn’t thank him enough for saving my bacon!! I left him a 1000 baht, but he gave it to the police charity. What a man!!!

Absolutely amazing experience here. I was doing the Mae Hong Son loop on my bike. I unfortunately had my bike battery die and the manager found someone to get me up and running again. Labasse was incredibly welcoming when I arrived too. He asked me if I was tired from my drive and gave me a complimentary iced tea upon checking in. Mai Sariang, this is the place to go when staying in town.
