This resort has great breakfast included which is why I chose to stay here. Waves restaurant was delicious as well. Close to beach and other beaches. Spacious. Gym available. The cons were, the music could have been island music, instead of elevator music, that took away from the island feeling. The drinks could have been better, and the bathrooms in the lobby could have been cleaner. The “fresh” cold water was tap water noticeably that was available for hydration. That could have been filtered atleast.

This was my fourth stay in two months, but unfortunately, it fell short of my earlier visits. The TV in my room did not work properly, and not all staff members were able to resolve the issue. I was also unable to turn off the AC during the night, and the preset temperature was uncomfortably cold, so I had to turn it up to make the room warmer. The safe has been inoperable in three of my last four stays, and the internet signal remains weak. Additionally, my current room has no headboard, which affects comfort and aesthetics. Overall, the high standards I experienced during my first visit have noticeably declined. On a positive note, the breakfast has improved compared to my initial stay.

The service is very slow! After I check in my luggage still left in the driveway 1.5 hours later! The shower don’t work and it takes four hours before someone come to repair it. They don’t clean their room until 4 pm ! And the New Year’s Eve party was disorganised staff were not attentive. The location is isolated. The hotel did not offer any shuttle. There is a lot of steps to navigate if you want to visit the beach; the food in the restaurant are expensive, but the quality is not too good.

The hotel was lovely, the staff were helpful at the rooftop restaurant and bar. I will return. Great transport from the hotel to a choice of beaches, that's great

The hotel's hardware facilities are not bad. It is only 100 meters to the beach. Most of the old ladies and old men are there for vacation and leisure, but the front desk service is very cold. I think the hotel should fire this front desk. It ’s not near, and I have to drive there. I regretted it when I met the front street. Fortunately, the accommodation and catering services in the back were quite satisfactory.
