Stayed here during my trip and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean and modern, and the location is excellent with easy access to Minatomirai attractions. The view from the hotel is also very nice, especially at night 🌃 The staff were polite and service was smooth throughout the stay. Facilities are well maintained and the room was comfortable. However, one thing to note is that the hotel is quite strict with check-out timing. I requested for a late check-out (even just 1 hour), but it was not allowed. So do plan your timing properly to avoid rushing. Overall, still a great hotel and I would recommend it for its cleanliness, location, and comfort 👍

Me and my girlfriend booked at the slash hotel for 9 days on our first trip to Japan ! It was an amazing experience and the hotel was perfect for the two of us(the rooms are a little small compared to the pictures they provided but again, it was perfect for us)😊. It’s close to many amazing ramen restaurants with lots of night activities ! It also was right next to many convenient stores and a drug store for your needs ! They have the coffee and tea area on the 10th floor that my girlfriend loved and was free of charge so she was able to get her morning coffee everyday 😆. I highly recommend this hotel if you either need a quick place to stay or even for a whole Japan trip like us as foreigners. The staff was really helpful and kind and not to mention the service was amazing with breakfast so I would also recommend getting the breakfast package when staying ( if you don’t, you can still purchase breakfast there if needed).  Thank you so much Kawasaki hotel for the amazing experience and care that we received !

I am glad that I booked this hotel instead of my original location at Gora. Even though it is not near Gora station but it made up for convenient Hakone buses just located outside the hotel. There is free hotel shuttle bus to Gora station. Do check the schedule. Service staff are very friendly and helpful with our request. Room amenities are wonderful and clean. The breakfast spread is so good and wide varieties. I would recommend to order the dinner as Hakone has very limited dining place for dinner. And I assure you will not regret. We throughly enjoyed the sumptuous spread. Food quality is fabulous. The free public & private (got to book and pay) onsen is good with good amenities. You can wear their yukata within the hotel. We would loved to revisit in the near future again!

Everything is good. It’s very near minato mirai subway station and there are plenty of shops, a supermarket and eating places to go to. If the weather is no good there are places to while away time without getting wet. The service staff from the reception, restaurants and housekeepers provided excellent services. Stayed facing the park and has a good view during the night. Soundproofing is good no noise disturbances. The Haneda airport limousine bus stops right at the door steps of the property. Drawback is there is need to use USB adaptors to charge electronic devices.

Great location near Chinatown, while not tall, had a good view of the harbour. The breakfast is two styles, but it is a no brainer to choose the Japanese style with the famous curry that all reviews rave about. A healthy salad bar with fresh juice and other drinks, felt very value for money getting the breakfast via Trip.com. Very tastefully furnished room with dark wood and a nice double bed. Overall a great experience.

V good location and nice clean hotel, but the main problem is that the pillows and bed are too firm and uncomfortable. If you sleep on your side, your ear will end up red and sore. Almost as if you’re sleeping on a rock. Would have been a great hotel for its location, but the poor pillow and bed just ruined our sleep, fatal for a hotel.

Highly highly recommended Location: Super near Gora station very convenient to travel everywhere. There is even direct bus to and fro Gotemba premium outlet, Hakone-Yumoto and Odawara was convenient as well. Ryokan: Check in was great, front desk communicates and explains everything in English clearly. Was able to reserve my 2 night’s dinner upon checking in too. There were free snacks, lounge area with coffee/drinks/ice cream, you can choose your yukata for both male/female, daily nighttime free delicious ramen. Room: Excellent, bed was comfortable and there is an outdoor tub as well. Take note the tub will be filled with hot water instead of hot spring water. There was pyjamas as well. Onsen: There are 3 different outdoor private tubs which will light up when in used (first come first serve basis). We managed to try all 3 and our favourite was the wooden tub, followed by stone tub and lastly the one with 2 tubs (so each person to soak in 1). Queue can be quite long sometimes as this private onsen is popular among couples. To be considerate it is best to use it as quick as possible. Then there is the public onsen with both indoor and outdoor, hot, cold dips and sauna. Hot dips can reach up to 40-42 degrees. There is another human made hot water carbonation onsen which has lesser people since it is not hot spring water. I thoroughly enjoyed all the onsens. Meals: Highly recommend to opt the breakfast and dinner options. Restaurants close very early around 5pm so there are not a lot of dinner options outside the ryokan. Meals were excellent and Japanese Kaiseki style. Very delicious and there was so much food in the course meal. Overall 10/10 experience and I would choose this ryokan on my next trip.

The hotel is short walking distance from shin-yokohama station. Check in was easy and smooth. Out room was a bit small and tired , typical business japanese style but the furniture looked worn. The bathroom was also japanese style : no window + small bathtub with shower and minimal (well equipped) space overall. If you are lucky enough to get an upper floor room , the view from the big window is nice. On the basement there is a 7Eleven and just out of the hotel it is plenty of shops/restaurants

酒店中規中矩，房間不大，辦理服務在頂層，價格便宜，性價比高，酒店隔壁有停車場，每天停車費3000日元，記得在前台先登記一下。一樓就有7-11倒是非常方便。

The hotel location was great. We were in Hakone for the Onsen (hotel springs), and the hostel was near a lot of them. The staff was very helpful and enthusiastic. The hostel also offered an interesting diner, but we haven't try it. The building and interior was looking very Japenese traditional. Much appreciated for an immersive experience in Japan!
