The hotel service is excellent. The staff is very very helpful. We will highly recommend the hotel specially for a tourist nd one taking a pre or post stay in Yokohama for a cruise ship.The breakfast was great. We could have used some more vegetarian options.

法事ごとで家族で連泊利用させていただきました。 トリプルベッドと充分なスペースで快適に過ごせました。 コンビニがすぐ隣にあるのも素泊まり民には大きな利点でした。 駐車場は有料で利用しましたが、近隣にもパーキングがいっぱいあるので上手く併用すればコストダウンになるかも？ 外出ばかりで本当にシャワーしてるか寝てるかのみでしたが、快適に利用出来ました。 またそちらに寄った際は予約したいと思います。

The hotel is very close and very convenient for travel. The room is spacious and worth the price. It's near many shopping places, which is good. The breakfast is very delicious. But there is one problem: we traveled from another country for 9-10 hours with a kid, arriving 1-2 hours early. The hotel charged us a room entrance fee. I've never encountered this before. I've only encountered the situation where if the room is ready, we can enter first, but if the room isn't ready, we have to wait. I wasn't very impressed with this.

The hotel is short walking distance from shin-yokohama station. Check in was easy and smooth. Out room was a bit small and tired , typical business japanese style but the furniture looked worn. The bathroom was also japanese style : no window + small bathtub with shower and minimal (well equipped) space overall. If you are lucky enough to get an upper floor room , the view from the big window is nice. On the basement there is a 7Eleven and just out of the hotel it is plenty of shops/restaurants

This hotel is incredibly clean, modern, and beautifully designed with a stylish and luxurious feel. Our room was extremely comfortable and spacious. The highlight was the breathtaking views — the daytime scenery is stunning, and the night view of Yokohama is absolutely spectacular. Best of all, we woke up to a clear view of Mount Fuji in the morning, which was truly unforgettable! Highly recommended! We can’t wait to return.

The place was old, but well kept enough. The staff were helpful, and the location is near the furthest exit of the train station - so mostly sheltered, which is great

Easy access to everywhere. Hotel connected to the Mall. Room very spacious and have balcony so i can do my stretching every mornings. Close by Yokohama Cosmo World. Cup Noddles Museum just 5-8 mins walk.

I love everything at this hotel. It’s my first time staying here at Hyatt regency Yokohama and I love the room the breakfast and had a course dinner at the first floor. It was perfect.

Nice traditional Ryokan. The staff was mostly non-Japanese so did not feel super authentic. Rooms were large and nice, but location of Ryokan is 25min drive from the main train station, which made exploring a little more trouble some. The staff were generally friendly, but extremely inflexible, which I suppose one would need to expect in Japan. But given the front desk staff was not even Japanese we found this to be a little frustrating at times.

The room was very clean and thoughtfully designed, with everything arranged efficiently without feeling cramped. I especially appreciated how peaceful it was at night despite being so close to the airport. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and stress-free, which is always important when catching an early flight.
