The hotel is very conveniently located in the city center! Modest breakfast, but you won't go hungry. Very nice and sweet girls at the reception, they will help you with everything they can! Minus - there is no soundproofing, very thin doors. Everything that happens on the stairs and at the reception is heard as if you were in your room, so I couldn't get enough sleep after the road. Had to use earplugs.

Overall, it's okay. The room was clean and there were welcome snacks, but the staff training needs improvement. When we checked out, we gave the front desk clerk our meal card, and he didn't say anything. But when we got to the door and were about to leave, he came out and told us to wait a moment while they checked the room. After they finished checking, the doorman told us we could leave, and the clerk didn't say anything at all. It felt like I hadn't checked out and was stopped. It was terrible.

Arrived at 3 am. They put me in a room where someone was sleeping 😀 . About 30 minutes later they gave me a room. Everything is clean. No extra smells. The guys at the reception during the day are adequate. I wrote everything in advance, it is unpleasant to wait so much at night (for this I took off 1 star). In the room there is a minibar, tea and coffee, a kettle. A robe. In my room for two there was 1 tiny shampoo, 1 tiny shower gel and soap, a toothbrush. A room for two! It was possible to put this for two at least. Total: it takes about 25 minutes to get there by taxi for 1600 money. The bus is 2 km from the hotel. It is not the center. In general, I liked the hotel, good attitude, clean, large rooms. I recommend it. There is also breakfast, I did not try it. Oh! There is a terrace on the 7th floor, a gym.

I came to Yerevan with friends and was lucky enough to stay at this hotel. It's a 4-star hotel, very grand and high-quality, with complete facilities, including a gym. The location is extremely convenient, right next to Republic Square. The breakfast was also great. I loved it! 💕

I booked this hotel because my flight arrived late at night and I wanted something closer to the airport. It was close by, and the room was spacious. I asked for a quiet room, and it was indeed very quiet. The breakfast was good – salads (very tasty), fruit, sausage, eggs, and cheese. The coffee is ground coffee, and there's a coffee machine. The staff was friendly and recommended restaurants.

The staff was good. Room was good. I just have a hars time with the property being 5 star. We stayed for 3 days and breakfast was the same.

Отличный новый отель с красивой территорией. Расположение не совсем в центре, но очень близко, минут 20 пешком до площади республики, также есть трансфер в центр . В номере есть все что нужно. Очень вкусные завтраки, много фруктов, орехи. Единственный минус по зачтракам, что каждый день все практически тоже самое.

Nice hotel centrally located not far from republic square (10 to 15 minutes walk). Breakfast is good with various choices. Rooms are small but equipped with almost all the utilities you need like fridge, electric cattle, hairdryer, safety deposit box, ironing board and iron. Also they provide free bottled water every day.

Overall, the hotel did not live up to expectations. The hotel is located in the very center. Very nice hall, everything is clean and very stylish. The territory is looked after very well, in the evening they clean the pool area, vacuum, etc. Breakfasts are a solid 5! The room itself is already quite tired. The window in our room overlooked the wall of another building, which you can almost reach with your hand. But the bed linen is good. The pillows and mattress are comfortable. As for the recreation area with the pool. We were very surprised that they did not let us in with berries! We had raspberries and blackberries with us. They said that you can't bring your own food, only order something in their restaurant. But they don't have berries! Of course, we didn't understand this, but they took the berries from us. Also, there are a lot of people in the pool, because you can come ”from the street” and buy a ticket to the pool. In general, for this price you can find a better option. We will definitely not go there a second time.

Исторический отель, как Negresco в Ницце или Ritz в Париже. Десятки знаменательных людей, останавливающихся здесь. Очень уютно, тихо и размеренно. Небольшие, но очень комфортабельные номера. Приятное постельное белье. Шикарнейшие завтраки. Персонал выше всяких похвал- везде чувствуется забота и внимание. Локация- центральнее не придумаешь. Хочется возвращаться снова и снова.
