Hotel Dengan Pools di Basque Country, Spain

Todo perfecto, solo me falto el restaurante !

What an amazing hotel, the staff were most friendly and helpful. Its proximity to the old town makes this a must stay location. The breakfast was spectacular and the rooftop pool and bar were fabulous. Overall an excellent location and will be a repeat stay for me in the future.

En general sitio agradable y tranquilo, bien ubicado para ir a la policlínica y también para ir al centro gracias a la cercanía de la parada de autobús. Lo único estaría bien una renovación de las camas ya que se han quedado algo viejas y no son especialmente cómodas. Pero por lo demás un alojamiento recomendable.

Für das Wochenende vielleicht ein ruhiger Ort zum Ausruhen. Aber sonst für Stadtbesichtigung eher ungeeignet. Empfang distanziert unfreundlich. 4 Sterne zu viel. Altes Haus. Frühstück sehr ungewöhnlich. Wie in einem Kaffee bestellt man Gebäck Tee usw.

Très beau lieu ! Blanca est au petit soin. La piscine au calme très agréable et la chambre très propre je recommande vivement

Gran hotel tanto por su ubicación como por sus servicios. El personal de la recepción super agradable y el personal de limpieza igualmente. El desayuno buffet muy variado con unos productos locales de calidad. Repetiremos seguro en nuestra próxima visita a Durango.

飛行場から徒歩圏のため、慣れないバスに乗らなくても移動可能です。今回は一泊でしたがフロントスタッフは陽気で親しみやすいし、プールもあるから次は二泊でもいいな。フランス側も近いからスペインと両方楽しめるのも良いと思います。 スリッパはないので、室内履きが欲しい人は自分で用意が必要です。

The hotel is located in a quiet, scenic area up in the mountains, offering a peaceful retreat from the city. However, there aren’t many restaurants or supermarkets nearby, so planning ahead is recommended. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the hotel by bus from the city center or the train/bus station. I loved the interior design of the room — it felt very refreshing and relaxing, with thoughtful touches that added to the overall comfort and ambiance. Check-in can be a bit frustrating — during my visit, I noticed several groups of Asian tourists waiting, though I’m not sure what caused the delay. That said, the gentlemen at the front desk were all very helpful, and the hotel responded quickly to any requests. Unfortunately, due to a packed schedule, I didn’t have the chance to try the hotel’s restaurant, which I hope to experience next time.

Les + : Mention spéciale à l’ensemble du personnel rencontré au sein de l’établissement qui est sympathique et professionnel, l’emplacement est super et les services proposés également (spa, variété du petit dej, horaire check in-out) Les - : Le prix du parking qui pourrait être un petit peu réduit et l’insonorisation entre les chambres et couloirs.
