Located in a good location, the hotel surprises with its quality Very good breakfast, excellent staff service and also helpful parking available. Recommended

We had such a great time this year for Semana Grande. And the Axel Hotel was in the perfect location for us. Right on the river next to a great spot for drinks and food. The rooftop pool is also a great spot to watch the fireworks! The staff was so helpful and friendly. And although we didn't need housekeeping while we were staying there they offered every day to clean our room or swap out towels or necessities for us. What a great experience. We will definitely be back!

The host has been great, the girl of the reception of all, very serviceful and attentive of all, the bad and it must be said is that there was the pest chinch everywhere, you need to smoke and remove the plague because you can't get out to the terrace The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

The room was available so I was able to check in early, which was very helpful. The reception and concierge were all very kind, and even though I only speak Japanese and used a translation app to ask questions about restaurants, tourist spots, transportation, etc., they smiled and explained many times to me. The building was an atmospheric hotel, but the room felt modern. There was also a courtyard, and it was warm and comfortable when the sun was shining. The room was cold, probably because the ceiling was high, so I turned on the air conditioner, but it remained cold, so I went to the front desk and told them that, and they told me that I needed to switch between cooling and heating, and they kept using the cooling setting. There was a rain shower and a normal shower, and I could choose between them by simply pressing a button, which was convenient. There was also enough water.

It's a 15 minute walk from Kikutetsu station and bus terminal, and a 5 minute walk from the city center private railway station. There is a large supermarket nearby. There are many restaurants nearby, including one that serves Basque-style Japanese cuisine (the owner chef is Japanese). The hotel is stylish and clean. The only drawback is that the elevator doesn't come easily. Internet speed is ok.

Appreciated the free parking and beautiful views of the city below. The hotel is also conveniently located near the bus stop. Our hotel room was pretty clean but I would describe the room amenities as basic. The pillows were too soft - presumably due to the lack of pillow filling. The motion sensor lights in the toilet also turned off every 5 mins which was a bit annoying sometimes. For the price paid, I still think our stay was worth it.

Excelente Hotel y personal, todo fueron facilidades y repetiremos sin dudarlo. Maravillosa situación y un desayuno excelente. Habitaciones modernas con mucho estilo y gusto, silenciosas en donde se descansa fenomenal.

The hotel is very clean and the service is good. Because of the long business trip, I was a little confused about the itinerary. I should have checked out but didn't. I didn't realize I should have checked out until I went to the hotel at 2 or 3 in the afternoon and couldn't get in. After explaining the situation to the hotel, I didn't incur any fees. It's more humane than domestic hotels.

A very new & clean hotel. Need to take a bus ride to old town via bus or cab.  Journey is abt 15-20mins.  Breakfast at the hotel was decent. Bed was comfy but not the sofa bed, which can feel the metal frame when my kid sleep on it. Relatively value for $ if don’t mind the bus journey. No amenities around the hotel. Good for people who drives as there is free parking available.

Well locate outside of city centre for night travel to cross the North of Spain. The place is clean and very well designed. It’s a pity that staff, although pleasant, are not adequately trained. They got into a massive fight with us about double beds. Although available, they refused to give us one.
