Hotel Dengan Pools di Jeju Province, South Korea

Hotel Whistlelark is honestly a good hotel for a comfortable stay and is definitely value for money.Has everything you need.Coin Laundry,friendly staff that speaks english,good location and relatively modern rooms.Located near Ocean Suites like a 5 minute walk (is way cheaper than Ocean Suites) which is popular pickup point for nearly all tours in Jeju.Free refill of water on the 2nd floor also. One complaint I have:The laundry is 24 hours but the light gets switched off after 10pm so that's something that could be fixed.Was working in semi darkness.... Other than that had an amazing stay and would pick here again if I came to Jeju!

The location is great for those who need to be near the airport. The bus stops are just a short walk away making it really easy to travel around in Jeju. There is a 7-eleven at the basement which is really convenient. The duty free shop is also right at the hotel. The hotel staff were helpful and offered much advice on places to visit in Jeju. The room is really spacious and comfortable. The only area for improvement is that the lighting is a bit too dim, making it hard for the ladies to put on their make-up.

Overall, we had a decent stay at Jeju Bolton Hotel. The location is very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the airport, which made traveling around Jeju quite practical. The room was acceptable and had the basic amenities needed for a short stay. However, for a hotel that presents itself as high-end, some aspects were disappointing. One major downside was that the swimming pool required an extra fee even for hotel guests, which felt unreasonable for this category of hotel. Another negative point was the housekeeping service. During our 4-night stay, the room was cleaned only twice, even though we requested housekeeping every day. This was below expectations and affected the overall experience. The staff were polite and the stay was still comfortable overall, but the service and facilities did not fully match the standards expected from a premium hotel. In summary, the hotel has a good location and decent comfort, but there is definitely room for improvement regarding service consistency and guest amenities.

At check-in it was very welcoming Unfortunately Staffs working there weren't very informative Couldn't give me answers about making local phone calls from room even i was willing to pay if they had to, I end up using taxi drivers phone to confirm reservations. And asked to check out late till 4 or 5pm but they had to charge full amount and when I was there to check out, front staff asked 10000 Korean Won more, $7-$10 would not make much difference but than why i feel i was overcharged and that made me feel unpleasant I expected good food here but it wasn't fascinaingt or any special. Worst of all when I was off from taxi or getting taxi, men working(doormen) outside would not call taxi for me nor help handling my bags or luggage Very different from most of other hotel in Korea Am I going to use any of Silla Hotel service? More likely never will happen

I came to Jeju for a 3-day relaxing getaway, and this hotel exceeded all my expectations. My main criterion when choosing a hotel was having a swimming pool, as I really wanted to swim but wasn’t sure whether the sea would already be warm enough. The rooftop pool was perfect for both swimming and relaxing after my hike up Hallasan. The views of the ocean were stunning, and on my first evening I was even able to watch fireworks over Saeyeongyo Bridge directly from the pool. The location is excellent, especially for travelers without a car. I do not have a driver’s license and relied entirely on public transportation during my stay. The hotel is surrounded by bus stops, and I was able to reach Hallasan and Jeju Airport by limousine bus without transfers. The airport bus stop is almost right in front of the hotel entrance. My room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed, including slippers, towels, bathrobes, and toiletries. The view from the room was beautiful, overlooking the park, waterfalls, the ocean, and Saeseom Island. The hotel also has a CU convenience store, a yoga room, and a fitness center. Breakfast is available as a buffet with a mix of Korean and Western dishes. Even though I arrived close to the end of breakfast service, there was still plenty of food available and I was able to put together a well-balanced meal. What impressed me most was the kindness of the staff. I asked one of the receptionists for recommendations on beaches and seafood restaurants, and she kindly printed out a detailed list that the hotel staff had prepared specifically for guests. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Jeju.

We had fun staying in the hotel since it's close to a lot of restaurant and shopping place! The night market is a walking distance too. The bay walk is just across the street.

I personally like the location. Near to airport. Taxi fare less than 6500won. Bus Stop just outside of the hotel. 7-11 next door too. Didn't try out the breakfast, gym and swimming pool so no comments on that. Understood that 2000won is needed for towel fee if you choose to swim. You can find their 2 wasing machines and 2 dryers at B2. 5000won for washing and 5000won for drying. 500won for a small pack of powder detergent. Thank you to the ajummas that did room cleaning, they were friendly and well mannered. Pretty disappointed with the front desk staff instead, they weren't as friendly as I would hope them to be. The front staff just asked us for our name and the number of luggage and gave as a tag which we need to tag it on our luggage ourselves. and also, the luggage we would have to leave them at the ba Luggage area and collect ourselves once we were done. This can be better managed by the hotel front desk staff than the hotel guests instead. Just a suggestion. Thank you.

The connecting rooms was a fantastic choice for my family, size of the rooms were great. Parking was also convenient, charging for EVs are available. Loved the heated outdoor pool as well. There were lots of facilities in this resort, from restaurants to theme parks. The service staff were very prompt with my requests. They have all sorts of amenities for young children: cot, bed barrier, dehumidifier, humidifier, air purifier, bathtub. I wish they had provided bedroom slippers for young children, it would make going to the pool easier for us. Other than these pros, the room seems in need of a facelift, wall paper was peeling off, sink was leaking, lots of wear and tear.

We had a 4 days stay. Upon checking into our room, we realised there is only one bath towel and 3 face towels. We called front desk to request for additional bath towel since there is 2 of us. We were told be the receptionist that they do not provide additional bath towel, charges applied if we insist to have additional bath towel. The receptionist cannot speak fluent English which makes the communication difficult. We have to make do with whatever towels provided because we do nit wish to pay for additional fee. Otherwise, the location of the hotel is good, within walking distances to Olle market, Olive young Artbox and Lee Jung Seop Street. There is a convenient store at the Hotel too.

The room is huge, clean and has everything you will need. You can ask for a steamer from the housekeeping if you need to steam your clothes. The location is away from everything but very beautiful and quiet. The hotel does not have anyone to help us with the luggage upon checking in and checking out which is weird for a big hotel like this so if you have big luggage you might have to manage it yourself. Onsen is separated male and female and is beautiful but closed early like 8 pm if I'm not wrong wished it was open till much later like 10 pm or 9.30pm at least.
