昔ながらの巨大温泉旅館です
色んな温泉旅館に行きましたがどこも閑散としており従業員の方も少なく外国の方が多かったのですがこちらの旅館は従業員の方が沢山おりお迎えもお見送りも丁寧に対応してくれました
お風呂も広く脱衣所の清掃も頻繁にされバスタオルも自由に使え何度もお風呂に入りたい私達には嬉しい限りのサービスでした。お部屋からの景色も穏やかな海と夕陽が最高に良かったです。お食事は初めての提供のシステムで戸惑いましたが食べる量の違う我が家には便利なシステムでした
最後になりますが亡き父と闘病中の１５年前程に宿泊しました、当時小さかった子供達と記憶を辿り思い出を振り返る事ができました。当時と変わらず良い旅館でした
お世話になりました
館内とても広くボーリング場もあり子供達と楽しめました

The hotel staff were one of the friendliest I've ever met...always there with a sincere smile and pure heart to serve. Very pleasant check-in and out experience. The room heater was working very well.
The location was excellent as it was connected to a department store and opposite Family Mart.
Parking was convenient due to basement parking the hotel had.
One downside was that the parking had to be paid per night even though it was the hotel's own parking...but I assume close to all other hotels charge for parking in Japan too, so it's fine.
Overall pleasant stay, appreciated the older decor vibes of the hotel and would definitely come back again.

Excellent staff service. Although the onsen is not big , it is well designed. The food (if you include breakfast in your booking) served in the restaurant is very nice. The dinner is highly recommended.

It was a really cozy place and I would love to come back again! The staff is so kind, the rooms are good cleaned, the atmosphere is really beautiful. My best hostel experience in Japan.
You will have a kitchen, fridge, water and tea. In shared room I have met really nice people from Japan and Europe.

駅近なのが何より良いです。お部屋は清潔で狭さは感じない適当なサイズ。ベッドは固めです。マイナス点は、タオルが薄くてクタクタ感があったこと、エアコンつけても寒かったこと。

GGuest UserWe visited during Obon Festival, so hotels across Japan were pricier than usual. This hotel was perfectly situated close to Nagashima Spa Land, and getting there was easy with a direct bus from Kuwana. They offer complimentary coffee and snacks, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the entire place is spotlessly clean. A huge bonus, especially since we were traveling with two kids, was the availability of a triple room – something quite rare to find in Japan, especially during peak season.

AAnonymous UserThis is an established, somewhat older hotel (not ancient). It's quite large, and you can still see remnants of its 80s and 90s glory days, like the bowling alley. We stayed in a Japanese-style room with a lovely view. Both dinner and breakfast were delightful. The hotel also has its own hot spring bathhouse, with indoor, outdoor, and garden-style rotenburo options. It's very close to Kashikojima Station, and there's a shuttle bus service available. Nearby, there's a small fishing village and harbor you can explore, and even take a boat ride. This is a great place to relax, unwind, and get closer to nature. Plus, it's easily accessible by direct train from Nagoya and Osaka.

The front desk staff were very accommodating when we told them in advance that we would be going with just the kids, and it looked good after we got there. The pool and baths were close, and there was an easy-to-access path, so we came back very happy. We'll go again! Thank you very much.

TTsusieso very nice hotspring,wilike a falls hotspring,i like the exterior mint choco castle design in the middle of the mountain.The yukata or traditional bathrobe.The delicious japanese food breakfast.The fantastic view of autumn & the famous gozasho ropeway.Spectacular moment because in the top of the mountain by ropeway is a surprising snowy everywhere.Autumn with matching winter vacation by nov.25.unforgetable moments.Anyways,thank you so much trip.com.for a reasonable prize & reccomended nice hotel.More power!!

AAnihaseyoTransportation: Take the Shimakaze train to Kashikojima, which takes about two and a half hours. Contact the hotel in advance for a pick-up from Kashikojima station.
The hotel does not provide airport pick-up, but can arrange car hire for guests.
Transportation is very inconvenient.
Facilities: The facilities are very good. The interior styles of the three Aman hotels in Japan are very similar, and the rooms and public areas are well-maintained.
Service: The service is very good.
Food: Due to the hotel's remote location, there are no restaurants nearby, so all meals were eaten at the hotel.
The food at the restaurant was surprisingly good (I thought it wouldn't be good).
Dinner reservations must be made in advance, as the hotel is fully booked on holidays, and the restaurant's dinner slots are also fully booked. You either have to wait until 8:30 pm or eat at the bar.
If you choose to eat dinner at the bar, you won't be able to get shabu-shabu.
The lunch menu is different; it's a simple meal, but acceptable.
The first set meal was a regular set meal, which included a beef dish with a green sauce that was super delicious; I used it to mix with rice.
The second set meal included shabu-shabu, with options for Ise lobster, Matsusaka beef, and local beef; I chose the local beef. The reddish-brown sauce in the shabu-shabu was absolutely delicious.
Activities: Chinese-speaking guides can be requested for tours of Ise.
The hotel didn't email us in advance to inform us about activities or inquire about arrangements. Many activities were unavailable upon check-in.
Summary: Aside from the inconvenient transportation and the lack of advance email communication about activities during my stay, everything was fine.

JJeabsiriBecause the reservation is close and it is a weekend, the price is high. Therefore there are not many options. But it is better than I thought. Good service staff The room is ok, clean, good view, convenient parking. The onsen is good, both indoor and outdoor, but the floor is very slippery. Both in the pond and the walkway to take a bath. In the morning, there are alternate rooms, which is bigger and more comfortable.

JjengreyesWe stayed at ocean view the staff was absolutely amazing.We had japanese course for dinner absolutely great the lobster and abalone steaks were excellent and breakfast too..The bad side is the club lounge not available and the guest room toilet was old and not totally clean there is hair on the floor disappointing 🙁

I had heard that the hotel was fully booked so I was worried about noise, but the guests were well-mannered and I had a good night's sleep.
There were some areas in the common areas where the air conditioner was not turned on, so it felt hot after using the hair dryer, so it would be nice if they turned on the air conditioner in the summer.

TTuanzhidaiwangUpon arriving at Toba Station a little past 6 PM, we couldn't locate the hotel shuttle bus as advised by the guide. Decided to call the hotel just to try our luck, and to our surprise, they immediately dispatched a private car to pick us up! Service was absolutely impeccable! 💯
The hotel's absolute standout feature has to be its hot springs! ♨️ Especially the unique Pearl Onsen – the only one in Japan infused with Mikimoto pearl powder. My skin felt incredibly soft and glowed after soaking. (A glass of milk after the onsen is a must – incredibly refreshing! *Personally, I prefer the fruit-flavored one.)
Room Experience: We booked the most basic Japanese-style room (washitsu) and truly enjoyed the authentic experience of sleeping on traditional tatami mats.
Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome cheesecake 🍰 waiting for us in the fridge – absolutely delicious!
All toiletries were exclusively Mikimoto branded, adding a definite touch of luxury and quality. (We even bought a set from the hotel shop before leaving – eligible for tax-free shopping!)
🥣 Breakfast was a classic Japanese set meal, served individually with no menu choices. The highlight, however, was the dining environment – private rooms! *Be bold and request a window-side private room.
❤️ Enjoying a refined breakfast in such a private setting, while gazing at the serene ocean view outside, was an incredibly soothing and delightful experience.
