We did stay in the hotel before and after a Mangistau-tour. The rooms were spacious, with a comprehensive bathroom equipped with everything necessary, except for a non-slip mat in the bath during showers. There was an effective AC (which made some noise) and coffee and tea facilities, as well as two bottles of water and a kettle. The rooms had a sea view with some buildings in the foreground. The beds were excellent. The breakfast was good, and we also used the bar for a drink. The hotel offered both an indoor and outdoor pool, of which we only used the outdoor pool on the first day. The pool offered a sea view. According to the website, the outdoor pool would be closed in early September, but on September 8th, the pool was still available. However, the pool bar was closed. The location of the hotel was good, close to the coast and near various restaurants, coffee shops, and a supermarket.

Мы отдыхали с семьёй с маленькими детьми❤️🙏👍👍👍👍👍 Понравился номер, улучшенный приятно оформлен, чистый, есть кондиционер, большой телевизор, холодильник, полки для вещей и одежды, стандартный набор полотенец, мыльные принадлежности. Персонал приветливый, могут ответить на вопросы грамотно. Все было чисто и вокруг все зеленое, берите номер с видом на море, не пожалеете😍 Спасибо всему персоналу, все вежливые, добрые и очень отзывчивые💯 Однако еда не прям такая классная, обычная еда, я искала креветок, но к сожалению не нашла:( Спасибо большое Trip за такую доступную цену и эффективную помощь💕 Нам все понравилось!

I was at the hotel for a week in August 2023 for work. It's a fantastic hotel. Service was good food was good. Design is very welcoming. Location is just on the sea. I got room 1009 which is probably one of the best rooms. It's more like a suite. It's a corner room at the end of the hall and has the best view of the Caspian sea. My colleague got room 1008. looks like the twin of my room 1009 (I think mine had a bit better view). Our superior got room 1109 which was above mine. I believe room 1109 is the best in the hotel. Hotel is on a cliff so lobby is on 6th floor. There is a nice promenade along the sea. 2 km to the north you get to the I love Aktau sign. Heading south you arrive at the pier from which you can take boat trips. July August it can get quite hot so avoid hot hours. Try and walk before 10:00 and/or after 19:00. The water can be surprisingly cold but its fun swimming in the sea. In the summer its fun to walk along the promenade at the vicinity of the I Love Aktau sign.

Excellent Hotel, good breakfast. Good location for supermarket and not far from beach for wonderful beach bars. Nice staff, shame the bar was closed in the afternoon. The supermarket was handy for essentials such as pringles and vodka.
