"非常幸運！成為九棵樹藝術中心金普頓酒店的“頭號玩家”！作為一名酒店遛娃愛好者，表示天吶！離家好近！10分鐘車程就能帶着娃們秒切換度假模式， 環境：交通非常方便，就在九棵樹藝術中心。如果來劇場或者周邊上海之魚配套遊玩太適合帶娃入住了。酒店是包括很多户外區域的，有漂亮的類似小莫奈花園，在細節上真的有被戳到。奉賢在生態這塊真的做得很好。雨天可以看到小蝸牛，小蛙們，小朋友們很喜歡探索，上海之魚馬路上還能看到小刺蝟。 設施：親子游最關心的就是孩子的需求，酒店有小童室內游泳池，我們定的是庭院湯池，升級了套房，提前一天和管家確定了有倆娃出行，貼心的備好了小童洗護套裝和小童拖鞋。這一點真的很用心。房間內還有寶寶的小步梯和洗手池。因為時間關係。有點遺憾沒體驗到小童中心的小小攀巖和深夜屬於爸爸媽媽的酒吧時光。 服務：不得不説，服務是酒店的天花板的存在啦，特別是管家周玲小姐姐，非常温柔和耐心。還有中餐廳的小姐姐們，因為寶寶吃飯途中還睡著了，很貼心的重新安排了上菜順序。提拉米蘇味道很絕。因為寶寶特別調皮，前台小哥哥的急救箱也很及時的消毒了小傷口。下午還有社交高光時刻，果汁和小餅乾寶貝們的最愛。夜床服務的姐姐也很親切，還有下午茶歇，歡迎水果和小餅乾。 衞生：肉眼可見是真的很潔凈，因為有寶寶，會比較擔心手部清潔，廁所規劃還是很合理的。就是餐廳的紙巾如果能在桌上擺放就好了。中餐廳晚上蚊蟲比較多，希望能夠再改善一下。房間的話電蚊香一直插着蚊子還是很頑強。泡池裡晚上突然多了兩衹小青蛙，小朋友們為此還很傷心。希望在房間濕區也能多加個垃圾桶。 強推！強推！強推！輕鬆遛娃，解放雙手，一定是體驗感極佳的！ 唯一感覺不太足的是全日餐廳的自助早餐，酸奶有點重複，餛飩感覺不是特別鮮美，因為本人特別喜歡吃美食，披薩的話很有創意特色，大人吃剛好。可能是寶寶太小不怎麼吃辣的。意麪味道還是不錯的。"

The room was spacious, elegant, and beautifully designed, with a modern yet luxurious feel. The highlight was definitely the stunning skyline view—especially at night, the city lights created a breathtaking atmosphere right from the comfort of our room. It was a perfect setting to relax and unwind. The beds were extremely comfortable, with high-quality linens that ensured a restful sleep. The room was impeccably clean, and every detail reflected the hotel’s high standards. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a well-designed layout, a strong shower, and a generous bathtub, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. The service was exceptional, as expected from a Ritz-Carlton property. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The location in Pudong is very convenient, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and key attractions. It is an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and service. It was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely return in the future. 这次在上海浦东丽思卡尔顿酒店入住一晚，整体体验非常出色。我们是两位女士出行，预订的是摩天景观双床房。 房间宽敞且设计优雅，整体风格现代又不失奢华感。最大的亮点是房间的城市天际线景观，尤其是夜晚灯光亮起时，景色非常震撼，在房间内就能感受到上海的繁华与魅力，让人非常放松。床铺非常舒适，床品质量上乘，睡眠体验很好。房间卫生状况无可挑剔，每一个细节都体现出酒店的高标准。浴室同样令人满意，空间布局合理，淋浴水压充足，还有浴缸可以放松身心。 服务方面也非常到位，员工专业且热情，从入住到退房都非常顺畅，整体体验十分愉快。 酒店位于浦东核心地段，周边有商场和餐厅，出行和购物都很方便，无论是商务还是休闲出行都很适合。 总体来说，这是一家兼具奢华、舒适与优质服务的酒店，是一次非常愉快的入住体验，未来有机会还会再次选择入住。

JIn Yan restaurant was nice , swimming pool was poor with lack of changing rooms and slippers, breakfast was very good , overall good with good service , the bar on the top floor is no longer there and just heavenly Jin which I thought was a disappointment , all we went to the yi lounge after dinner , empty no one in , but we couldn’t sit in the nice seating area with a view instead we’re shown to a corner area with high wall area next to the seats and table so can only see out if you stand up , we asked if we can sit in the area with better view and was refused even though there wasn’t another customer if the place ! J hotel need to remember they are providing an experience service , people don’t want memories of sitting in a cornering a bar , if the seats are available and no one is there why not let customer use the good seats , why do these good seats require more money ,

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed as a family of four with two children. The Peninsula Shanghai provided us with interconnecting rooms. The rooms were excellent, tastefully decorated and quiet. The amenities (hotel pool and gym) were in very good condition, breakfast was great, and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. We'll be back for the last leg of our journey and are looking forward to it.

IImyyjmI stayed in the Panorama Bund Retreat King Bed Room with Oriental Pearl Tower View. The panoramic views are unbelievably beautiful and can be enjoyed both from the room and the large bathtub. The window stretches almost the entire width of the room, with a large sofa beside it that allows you to sit comfortably and fully appreciate the skyline. The bed was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the staff even brought scented oils to help with relaxation and sleep, which was a lovely touch. I must have arrived during a particularly busy period because the restaurant was always crowded and there was usually a queue for breakfast. However, on one occasion I was offered a takeaway breakfast box instead as I was in a hurry. As I do not have a Chinese phone number, I had difficulty ordering food from outside the hotel. Since the hotel had no halal and vegetarian options aside from one pasta dish, a member of staff kindly used their own phone to help me place an order and allowed me to reimburse them through Alipay. I thought this was incredibly thoughtful and helpful service. Even spending time in the hotel lobby felt relaxing, as the pink cherry blossoms outside the windows created such a beautiful atmosphere. The spa treatments were excellent and deeply relaxing. Lisa was fantastic and made the entire experience feel comfortable and welcoming. The in-room amenities were also wonderful! I loved the fragrance of the body lotion so much that I bought one from the spa before leaving. This has become one of my favourite hotels, and I already can’t wait to return.

PPengguna TetamuHad a very satisfying stay with Pullman Jing An. The front desk staff is very accommodating. We came early at 10am and got an early check-in. The buffet breakfast has a lot of varieties and is tasty. Plus point, Shanghai station is just right next to the hotel. Strongly recommended!

My family and I were travelling through China for 4 weeks, and I booked this place for 4 nights, we usually like to stay in places where we can do laundry, here we had to use an outsourced business to get our laundry done as there are no laundry facilities close by and it would have cost us $500 aud to get our laundry done through the hotel. Just something to be mindful of if you are travelling with a family. However in saying that, the process of outsourcing was only made possible because of the assistance given by the hotel. I’m glad we booked it, the experience overall was great.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaA good “budget five-star” option in Shanghai if you want a quieter stay but still be near the main city attractions. The hotel is located near Metro Line 2, which is very convenient for tourists as it connects to The Bund, People’s Square, West Nanjing Road, Pudong International Airport, Hongqiao Airport, and Hongqiao Railway Station. Taxis can also stop right in front of the hotel. A small hiccup: the first room given to us on Floor 18 had a strong smoke smell and was facing the fire drill exit door. The second room on Floor 17 had the same facing, so we requested another change and finally stayed on Floor 13. Staff service was good overall. The staff I met were quite young and felt like they might still be in training, but they had a good attitude and were helpful. For guests with sensitive noses, the hotel perfume may feel a little strong when entering the hotel. For travellers with large luggage, take note of the metro exit. Exit 12 is the nearest, but from hotel to metro, you need to walk down 3–4 flights of stairs. I suggest using Exit 11 instead, as it has a lift. You just need to cross the road to reach the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuReally enjoyed my stayed at Conrad Shanghai, the staff welcomed me warmly and my room was upgraded to a huge room. Super comfy bed and spacious room. Toilet do have some sign of age with mould stains etc in the shower area and also dirt stain on the toilet bowl water tank. Overall it was a comfy stay and special thanks to the staff, Ivy, Quain-G, Evelyn and Rosemary who will always welcome me back with the warmest smile and made the stay really excellent.
