Lovely little hotel tucked up a cobbled street, just off Kalavasos village centre piazza. Possibly a converted old residence, lots of character.
My trip required me to be near this village to easily visit friends residing there, and I just required a comfortable bed and clean bathroom as would be out during daytime.
This small hotel met my requirements.
Modern fully equipped bathroom, with rainshower, and large tub too ( jacuzzi function wasn't working). Towels changed daily.
Large comfortable bed with clean sheets.
Stocked minibar.
Free drinking water not provided.
Room furniture was a bit rustic but in usable condition.
Room corners etc could be cleaned a bit more carefully.
Breakfast buffet was included in my room rate and was minimal but sufficient, unless you're a heavy eater.
Overall, if I ever revisit Kalavasos, I may pick this place again, as it met my needs plus manager and staff were quite pleasant.

This hotel is situated on the water front with direct access to the sea. There is a public foot path that span across the bay right in front of the hotel between the hotel and the sea. There are some construction in the surrounding area but construction noise is not a problem. Google map is not very accurate due to road closure of the surrounding area due to the construction sites.
The staff is very friendly and offer great customer service. The hotel buffet breakfast is better than the typical Mercure in Europe.

Aysu gThe breakfast was great. The pool was quite spacious and nice. The beach wasn’t exactly perfect — we had to go quite far out to be able to swim properly — but it was very safe for kids. Its proximity to the city makes it ideal if you have a car. For those who want to use public transportation, there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I wanted to give this hotel a higher score as the location, room and bathroom was lovely, however, the walls between the rooms were somewhat thin, I could hear the family next door when they were just having normal conversations. Luckily it wasn’t a busy period so I can’t imagine what it’ll be like if you had neighbours on either side.
I also found out that if you managed to bag a good deal with trip.com, the service/amenities are slightly different. We did not receive slippers or bathrobes in the room but were able to retrieve these from the spa, just something for people to know.

I came to spend my vacation time. The hotel has an excellent location and is very beautiful. The staff are very good and treat me kindly. The only thing I did not like was the food. For the price of the all exclusive, I expected the food to be much better. The breakfast is very delicious, but for lunch there are only a few choices and you cannot choose. Whatever you want and how much you want. There are things that you must pay for. Dinner is an open buffet. I did not like it personally, but the hotel in general is wonderful and I will definitely return to it.

Guest UserThe hotel is ideally located, just a 2-minute walk from the sea and a 10-minute drive from the airport. It's very quiet, with no airplane or traffic noise. The property is spotless! The staff are very welcoming and attentive, from the reception and housekeeping to the bar and restaurant. One thing did bother me, though. The hotel description mentions a pool and sauna, but access actually costs €25 per hour, which is ridiculously expensive... I even wrote to management about the misleading advertisement, but I never received a reply. It's a shame because otherwise, it would have been a perfect stay!

I read the comments before and said that there is no water, now there is a bottle of water and a kettle
T1 Go along the airport bus sign. There is a construction period. Later, the sign became a bus map with T2 written on the -1 floor. shuttle bus15 every minute.
From T1, get off at the second stop Case Nuove . The bus does not display the name of the station or report the station. To get off, you need to press the stop button yourself. I watched the navigation get closer and closer to the hotel and pressed the stop. I came down and found that the stop sign was the first stop. I knocked on the door and went up again.
Four or five people stood down at Case Nuove, asked, everyone was looking for holiday inn , just left together
