"The staff is nice and the breakfast buffet is good. However, the guests next to our room held a crazy party till 3am midnight. Horrible experience and staff said they never heard the noise which I cannot agree on. The screaming noise may rock the whole hotel because it is a two storey motel like setting."

"L'hotel est bien situé, plusieurs commerces autour ou on peut se rendre à pied, un grand stationnement est gratuit incluant un stationnement pour les VR à l'arrière. Le check in a été un peu long mais la dame était très gentille. Les chambres sont immenses, autant sur la longueur que sur la hauteur. Le lit très confortable, les oreillers aussi. Nous avions un réfrigérateur, un espace bar, une machine a café keurig. La douche immense, les produits pour le corps semblent de bonne qualité, la douche avait du jet. Nous étions près des ascenseur mais nous n'avons jamais entendu de bruits extérieurs à la chambre. La piscine est clairement bien entretenue, il y a un grand bain à tourbillon très confortable. Puis finalement il y a un passage intérieur vers le ******, surement bien pratique en hiver"

This hotel is located at the intersection of the highway, so it is estimated that there is no shortage of customers. As a result, the parking spaces are full and you can only park your car in their large car area. The guest rooms are a bit old, but I am satisfied.

The room is very clean. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the shopping mall. The hotel also has water slides in the water park 🛝. The swimming pool is indoors, not cold at all, and the breakfast is also very good!

I was very impressed with the front desk service at Hilton Garden Inn Moncton. Our son have a French test in Moncton, as the hotel is close to the test centre, we chose to stay here.
We arrived around 5:30pm last evening after driving on icy roads all afternoon. Gordon at the front desk welcomed us warmly and explained everything clearly and professionally. Our room was very clean and more spacious than expected.
We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast at Mook10 Taproom. It is not a buffet, we ordered from the breakfast menu, and it comes with coffee or juice of your choice. The portions were generous and the food is super tasty.
Parking is underground, which was a huge plus in winter. It costs $15.
When we checked out this morning, the girl at the front desk was extremely friendly. After learning that we had a long drive ahead, she even offered us free coffee to go, which was a very thoughtful touch.
The only downside I would say is that the hotel does not seem very soundproof. We were on the second floor facing the street and could hear cars passing by.

Guest UserI booked this hotel to stay at when going to see a show at TD Station. It’s close enough to walk.. about 10 minutes… the room we had was wheelchair accessible (even though we didn’t require this) however it was a wonderful layout for anyone in a chair. Bathroom is an open area due showers, no doors or lip to maneuver over. The sleeping area was separate from kitchenette area. Microwave and mini fridge as well as a coffee maker all in room. We needed a wine bottle opened and the front desk had a corkscrew available for us! Staff was friendly and check in and out were easy.

The transit hotel in the three provinces of the ocean is right next to the high speed and costco. The location is very good. Others are quite satisfactory. Breakfast is queued after 8 o'clock. The food variety is not too much. The supply is timely. The taste is OK. Overall it is very good.

We stayed at the Quality Inn for two days, on our trip to visit family. The Inn was very clean, and the staff very nice. When we arrived we were greeted at the front door by the clerk behind the reception desk. He looked up our file with our last name, check us in, 5 minute, and we were good to go. The room we stayed in was very small, but clean and nice. Beds had fresh linens, and were clean. Breakfast was included (buffet style) and was very good. Had all the regular items, eggs, sausages, potates. You can make your own waffles, toasts. You also have coffee, muffins, cerel, and yoguert. Overall very nice stay. We did not use the pool.

The location and hotel were great. What was very disappointing was I booked a room with 2 Queen beds. When we checked in yesterday afternoon they said they upgraded my room to king size bed because of how busy they were. I said that was nice, but I was with my 81 year old father and needed 2 beds like I booked. They said oh sorry, but there's a couch in your room. I had 30 minutes to get ready for a family funeral, so I didn't have time to insist something be done. Needless to say I wasn't going to make my father sleep on the couch, so I did. Advised the front desk about this this morning and they said oh sorry.

This is without a doubt the most posh hotel in NB. It's very elegant and provides the service of a 5* hotel and has the activities of a resort. However, our room was not well maintained. Many electric outlets were impossible to use, they were wonky and loose. One if the pillowcases hadn't been changed. In a hotel where the ambition is so high, even the broom closets should be impeccable. It advertised as dog friendly but a 50$ charge is added for the dog. Might I suggest providing at least a few dog enabled rooms for that price? They could have dog beds/treats or at least a bowl for water at that price. The other unpleasant surprise was a resort fee that remained hidden until check out. The price of the room was already well above all other hotels in NB, and making that fee a hidden charge is unacceptable. If you need to charge more, show it in the booking price.
