Brief overnight stay. Everything was fine. The room was comfortable and spacious. The balcony and sea view was a bonus. Nice big shower in the bathroom but no hand towels. Wi-Fi was good but required a different log-in when outside the room. In the common areas, the gym was good and pretty well equipped. The covered pool was a bit small and random. Unfortunately we had to skip breakfast as we had a very early flight to catch.

A big modern hotel in Samarinda. The location is a bit far from the city centre (20 mins driving while the traffic low and 30-35 mins in the rush hour). Although it’s located just above the Big Mall, the hotel has poor accessibility, especially for pedestrians and online food couriers because they have to go through the car ramp to get into the hotel’s front door! The room is modern, clean, and have great amenities. But, the noise from outside the room could be heard easily since it has poor soundproofing. When i checked in, it took more than one hour since i have to lined up into the queue and the process itself took a long time. It was the longest time i spend for check in! The queue is only five person in front of me and they opened all the check in counters.

Small room but just nice for 1 person. Location is great, and there is a designated parking for midtown too. The only downside was that the AC is old so it made a lot of noise.

Had been stayed 6days, first impression of hotel service to visit have very kinds with smile all the time. Served food is very delicious with reasonable price. All staff very polite to help any assist if required. I SONCERLY THANK to Ms Chacha Indira,Dimas herimukti .strong woman, pinokio, security officer and all staffs. If I get plan then will drop again. Happy and have a good service.

Fasilitas bagus, ruangan bersih, pelayanan baik. Namun sebagai catatan, di kartu elektronik ruangan sebaiknya diberikan panduan penggunaan selain untuk dipintu agar costumer tau untuk memasukkan kartu ke slot power didinding kamar atau di pesanlan cara penggunaanya saat pemberiannya di resepsionis. Sama mungkin kalau bisa diperbaiki lampu lock pintunya.

Sangat menyenangkan bisa menginap di sini, hotelnya bersih, pasilitas kamar bepungsi dengan baik kamar mandi juga bersih dan bikin betah berlama-lama di dalam nya. Pemandangan yang saya dapat adalah pemandangan kota, cukup indah dan romantis, Anak-anak paling suka pasilitas swimming pool nya adem banget karna indoor, pokoknya bikin nagih. Untuk sarapan paginya cukup banyak, saya coba nasi goreng nya tapi agak gambar menurut saya.

I have enjoyed the Sky House restaurant in the hotel. The western food is quite good, it is not spicy. The staff is friendly and accomodating.

The only 4 star hotel in Sangatta. They upgrade our hotel to executive suite since the junior suite are fully booked. The security staff is excellent. They do.not offer the breakfast for online booking, but we can buy the breakfast for IDR 50.000/person.

I love to see Intan, the breakfast server. She works very diligent and attention to detail. She works well even in fasting month. The staffs here very polite and helpful. We try the free facilities (whirl pool, sauna and steam). Really makes us comfortable and relax. Wide range selection of breakfast menu. Love it.
